I want to congratulate you; your videos made a huge difference during my NCLEX and HESI exams; I aced them because your videos… the best videos on youtube.
For everybody else, I strongly recommend watching these videos over and over; you will pick up info that you may have miss in the first time you watched.

When you’re good people talk about you.
I’m happy I came across Mrs Josephine, I was a single mother struggling with NCLEX exams now I can testify how good and reliable her services are 1 85/96/8/578/20

Ms. Mobley, you are amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH! This video was VERY helpful. I'm going to be taking the NCLEX on the 5th of Aug and I'm very nervous yet excited to pass and become a registered nurse. Please continue to make more videos. God has truly blessed you with the gift of teaching!

I so glad I came across your page. I am an LPN in a RN bridge program (first semester),
and I am having problems with the breakdown of these questions. It has been over ten years since I have been in nursing school and took the NCLEX. You are amazing! Thank you.

That was so good! Man I wouldve definitely got the last one wrong cuz I was thing pink frothy sputum was expected in heart failure. But I guess I should remember it is a perfect world and a diagnosis is being treated so pink frothy sputum would be weird. Thank you so much!!! I take the nclex in a couple days!!! AHHHHH

With the last question I rationalized with left sided heart failure, blood would back into the left atrium then into the pulmonary vein and ultimately blood backs into the lungs where pink frothy sputum would occur. I therefore labeled it expected. Can you explain where I was wrong in my thinking please.

I thought the same that it was expected in heart failure! I picked the edematous warm calf, due to possible dvt.

i thought the last one would be B because isn’t pulmonary edema expected for CHF, especially for left sided? they have crackles, dyspnea, SOB?

I took the NCLEX first time and failed and the questions were vague and not as easy as this question or those like it. Worded in a way that made it difficult to answer.
