    Young nurses love to use restraints Did you know that they talk about restraints more than any other part of nursing. It's show and tell to their girlfriends!. Most nurses, as well as people in general only care about the money. In fact, nurses are the worst caring people because they become insensitive to very old people (Too much work). Patients are Just a number to them. They actually look to see how many family members the patients have so they can get away with their lousy treatment. The less family members coming to visit the better. In reality, nurses only care about their own family. Although they are well in demand, very few people should become nurses They just can't handle the pressure. Someone should break her glasses after being put in restraints!

    Do you have any mental safe tips. When I woke up from an induced coma i I was in restraits I was terrified I still get bad dreams to this day. Restraints do more mental harm. So what about mental safty? How do you protect a patient from mental harm? Answer do not use restraints. Restraits are banned in the UK and should also be banned in the US

    Question: why was #3 pain. shouldnt it be A. shortness of breath according to maslows hiearchy? if the client is in hospice care would the pyramid be flipped? and pain comes first?

    • @lauriea6625
      @lauriea6625 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      She explained that patients who are in Hospice are actively dying. Therefore, their pain level has to be priority due to the purpose of Hospice is to create a quality of life while dying. (You want them to die in the most comfortable state as possible) Shortness of breath is normal for someone who is expected to die. Hope this helps.
