Peak Hour traffic with the Ghost Squad

The City of Cape Town's traffic services invited Cape talk listener Graham Clark to watch traffic officers, who form part of the Ghost Squad, perform their duties on a busy weekday morning.

We need more Ghost Squads, many drivers disobey the road rules especially they use cellphones while driving - I hate it. Catch more flippin' taxis

We in desperate need for such and i would say, the confiscation period is 7days! 24Hours is too little.
And the SAPS shall not be help accountable for any loss or damage during this period!
