    Can you share to cake rings you use? I found a couple different ones on amazon but they both had some negative reviews. Thanks.

    where can I find those cutters you used to cut the circles from the rectangular cake? I've only managed to find cutters that are an inch or more apart in diameter and am wondering if you get cutters with a smaller difference in
    size

    Can you show how a gelatin layer would work in this type of mold? Thank you, this is useful!

    Dear Emily thank you very much for your video. How many hours should stay the cake in the refrigerator in order not to running the creme patisserie?

    Hi,
    Please let me know the name of the third cake at 2:58. I really like the base which is some nut and orange carrot I guess. Can you give me the recipe please 😊

    From Cali here...good videos. The acetate reminds me of Milk Bar / Christina Tossi. Is it something she applied to cake layers first or is it borrowed from someone before her? Good content

    Hi i have acetate paper in rolls, but when i need to used them inside the ring, they crumple into circle and cant hold its shape. Try to use tape but it doesnt help too. Any solution for this?

    • @BritishGirlBakes
      @BritishGirlBakes  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting! Must be a very thin acetate. I guess you could tape it onto a thick paper or card to give it more structure?

      I had this issue as well. I turned to pan on its side and taped the acetate at the the 12, 3, 6, & 9 o’clock positions. Just one small piece in each spot as I installed it (don’t try to put the whole circle in, then tape it). It also helps to turn the acetate around so it’s curving against the way it did on the roll.

      Yes! You can wash them with hot soapy water and let them dry and then re-use them
