Hi Olga! I found you on Instagram, and I'm here. I live in NY. I love your ideas of cake, and I really want to try. This topic was one of my questions. So thank you! Can you share where I can get the ring? I don't have any experience of baking, but I want to start little by little with your advice for my family and my little girl. And can you tell me what size rings you use mostly? It would be great that if you can share where I can get the supplies that you use on the video like the cake cutter or what inch of piping bags will be okay. I don't have any items for baking because I never baked before. I have to buy all to try but I don't want to buy wrong items. I'm considering to take your online class next year after I build up a little experience and confidence through your videos. :)
Its souch is easier to do it like bakeries, use a regular cake pan. Bake in a water bath, no wrrap needed, freeze after baking, unmold frozen. No paper or plastic needed in the mold. I retired after 50 yrs baking. Keep it simple.
Hi can you please share the link where to buy your cake ring, also where can I buy the acetate you use in your video? I’m in the US. Thanks
Hello Olga, greetings from europe!
Can you tell us where to buy the stainless steel ring and the acetate strip please?

Hello , where can we found the link for your stainless steel ring and acetate strips?
Hi, can I pls know how to use stainless steel ring for baking cheesecake?
finding good stainless steel ones seems impossible. all nonstick or bare aluminium... 😢
How do u keep the cake batter from seeping out with the rings?

@@gerardjones7881 thank you for your advice. My recommendation is for no-bake raw cakes 💚 with over 8 years of experience and 3000+ sold cakes.
You said you'll have the link to the ring, but you didn't, then so many people asked that, and you did not answer.
acetate can be baked? im confused...thks in advance
No, acetate strip is needed for raw or moussed cakes, or for assembling baked cakes. We do not put acetate strip in the oven.
