Hey Tyson, I have been facing a mental predicament, and it surprisingly manifests whenever I focus on something to develop myself. It could be anything from learning copywriting from you to just working out. Whenever I try to focus on developing myself, I get a lot of negative Intrusive thoughts from the past where I wanted to retaliate but lacked the strength to do so. Now I am in my 20s but a lot of these negative instances took place when I was a kid and had led to suppressed emotions. And now I want to take it out because somehow I have gotten the strength now. After all, I have been training in Self Protection and Combatives taught by a person who worked as a Doorman in the roughest nightclubs of England where he took part in a lot of violent altercations. He saw from first hand what actually worked in fights and created his own system of fighting which is predicated heavily on street violence. I train in it regularly and religiously and have gotten decent at it. And in our gym we train all out with no compliance. Through training, I am significantly desensitized to physical contact and fear or stress or Adrenaline that one experiences during fights. So I have a tendency to imagine or visualize causing harm to people who hurt me in the past when I lacked the strength to do so. And this spoils my focus on the thing which I am supposed to do at hand. Sometimes I even get a random urge to go outside and pick fights. Ofc there is a danger of me getting beaten up as well or ending up in prison as well but to be frank, I experience a feeling of not caring about all these things at times. Because I am already desensitized to physical contact to a large degree. But an Inner voice within me stops me from doing it as well. But like I said, sometimes this inner voice is not effective in calming me down. In these Instances the urge to be violent is the highest and not caring about the ramifications. So If you have read my comment so far, Please tell me what steps can I take to stop these random negative Intrusive thoughts from the past so that I can focus on my future by bettering myself. I know past is gone but I am somewhat not able to get over it.

Its funny, my strategy was asking different Ai chats to give me a three day plan to learn and become a copywriter. Fairly ambitious and cool, but at the end of action plan made by Gemini, I found the Skool community and this video, this video actually inspires me and give me great ideas to push into what I initially intended. Now, the key is to focus and to take action

If you have no experience with copywriting.. JUST LIE. Say you've worked for someone and if they don't trust you and want proof (rarely happens) just say they didn't pay you..
