    THIS will be spicy!
IMO, Proctor has no reason to be that indignant about being called out by Yanetti. Not after we've listened to all the texts. No previous sanctions does not mean that this is new behaviour.
    Also, will add timestamps later.
    00:00:00 Intro
00:04:50 Today will be allll about Trooper Proctor.
    (also, demonetization)
    01:05:40 The definition of integrity
01:21:30 Nope, Proctor does not know the McCabes, and does not have a relationship with the Alberts! WTF!

02:40:20 The autopsy report - and more texts
03:04:00 Canton PD and Kevin Albert (whom Trooper Proctor did absolutely not know!)
Also, more opinions from me: People with Crohns or other IBS-diseases will react HARD. As a woman with heavy periods, I have bled through my clothes, and I am not unique, so the effect on at least some of the 10 women on the jury? Whoee! Listening to Proctor making fun of such humiliating experiences? Makes me furious. Female jurors may not realise WHY they have a visceral reaction, but they probably will have one. @@worsethanjoerogan8061 I'm not saying that men don't find it revolting. What I'm trying to say is that how bad the gut-punch is, depends on how much you are able to relate to it.
If you flip it, and say it was a male defendant, and the jokes had been about "not getting it up", women all over the world would be wincing, but it would hit male jurors differently.

  • @KatlynJShute
    @KatlynJShute หลายเดือนก่อน +5

I was hit by a car going about 25 miles an hour (I think, I’m not 100% sure how fast. It was 10 years ago) and I can tell you, I was a walking bruise from head to toe for about 3 weeks. Even a small bump to the body like they are claiming, would be a massive bruise. I actually was lucky because the women hit the back tire of bike I was on first. So some of the force was actually absorbed by the bike before it went to me. So one could argue I was hit with even less force than 25MPH and I was still a walking mood changing ring for basically a whole month. I literally did a full 360 degree flip in the air and somehow landed on my feet. The woman in front of the driver who hit me stopped and the first thing she said to me when she ran up was, “oh my god I thought you were dead. You got clobbered” the cop who showed up on scene was flabbergasted I didn’t have any broken bones.

I kind of had the opposite experience. It took awhile for me to fully appreciate Yannetti (but I still think Jackson comes out on top). I also think Jackson’s approach was better towards the beginning of the trial when he more often conducted (or at least, began) his cross examination with a more (seemingly) laid back and warm demeanor.
When Jackson adopts this approach, he’s at his deadliest, imo. He doesn’t even react to the jabs or pedantry from a witness, which makes the witness appear petty and a little desperate. And most significantly, with this approach, the witness never even sees it coming-even if they’re looking for it. Sometimes, the witness can’t even tell that it happened.
Jackson is so smooth with it. He’s being affable and even charming while flawlessly executing his moves. It’s masterful. I prefer that approach to his now more common approach-which is to start his cross examination with his intensity already dialed up.

Same with how Colin changed his demeanor, lied about his willingness for fight, tried to avoid admitting to him "doing cardio" by punching sandbags, and how everyone just forgot to mention he was at the house when the first people arrived.
Same with Cloe getting "rehomed" after biting people into the hospital, but of course Cloe isn't harmful in the slightest. And nobody knew where she went, until suddenly at trial it comes out and apparently the prosecution had known for a while.
Same with the phones, the basement, and everything else that suddenly needed to be upgraded when the defense took an interest in them.
There are a few things as suspicious or even more suspicious as Karen in this case. And all of them are giving reasonable doubt.

53:22 I'm genuinely surprised Runkle thinks this of juries. If I was a juror the last thing I'd want after a court day is to see anything more about the case. And according to other lawyers in lawtube they have said jurors usually take their oath seriously and can be tattletails and will tell court if another juror has done something.
Accidentally seeing it? Maybe. But my parents nor siblings saw anything substantial about depp v heard, most of them knew the case existed but that was it. I don't think people realize how off-line other people can be. Maybe I'm optimistic but I believe juries follow their oath and just ignore whatever headline might pop up now and then.

Whoops, P is now describing his humour as sarcasm, which is defined as rude, insulting, scornful and so on, all with negative connotations. This is subjective and not objective. It’s akin to, he can’t have his cake and eat it because his job doesn’t work like that. It’s not only mean and nasty, but illogical, irrational and dangerous. Also, sarcasm is different to ‘gallows humour’ which rescue service people use, to relieve their trauma response, when dealing with, really bad, full on fatalities. Just saying - well done to Karen for fighting for her right to be classed as a human being - you go sister.

The only equipment you actually need for that type of "extraction" is the phone itself, a stock standard computer, with free or commercially available software, and a printer... (This to me made that part of Higgins' story of having to be shown how to do this at an FBI facility and actually using federal govt resources to do so that much more bizarre to me) Exactly how Higgins made the extraction, theoretically wouldn't have been obviously questionable on that basis at that time.
