Just started playing golf for the first time ever (other than minimal “putt putt” which doesn’t count) at nearing 60 years old and love love love your clear, simple, but detailed method. Thank you!
All these great golfers have one thing in common - they all have such easy, smooth swings. My mind struggles to accept that an easy swing can move the ball further than an aggressive one, but there's no end to the evidence for it.
One of the best videos so far. She gets right to the point without 10 minutes of introductory BS. Definitely have the men instructors beat. 8 minutes of instructions. Good on you Aimee.
I have been a golf HACK for most of my life. After watching the beginner series by Aimee, I am finally starting to play much more consistently!. Thank you Aimee for easy to follow, well explained lessons. I recommend you to anyone who wants to improve their game.

I put your set up into practice today on the range and amazing results. Bend to 2 O'Clock, bend the knees, weight on the balls of the feet. A massive difference. Thanks SOOOOO much!

I would consider a beginner golfer from picking up a club for the first time to 1 year of playing or 2 seasons.. you should be a pro now

My 7 year old is taking lessons, so I joined with her. I've been a high 80's low 90's golfer. My last 4 rounds after going through this series : 84,82,82,78.... Aimee, my pocket book loves you right now :) (My normal golf friends are shocked at the improvements)
I am a self taught golfer who learned by playing best ball, and getting some pointers from friends. Watching this video ONE TIME I can already see where I can make adjustments!!!!! I will definitely be watching your series to make necessary corrections!!!!
Aimee Beginners #1, another priceless video. This not the basics but the FUNDAMENTALS. Weights on the balls of the feet - it's a given right! We all assume / believe we do this and when something goes pear shape, it got to be the swing plane or hand release or some other thing way way way into our tuition cycle which we fix because we're smart (or think we are!), then it's something else and put another band aid on, then another without going back to the fundamentals of where is our weight? You always stress this, correct weight transfer, drumming it in. Keep drumming and Thx.
I have to say you are the best golf instructor I've seen on TH-cam. You have a gift for teaching cause and effect then how to properly do it. Most instructors make it too difficult to understand and maintain a good swing. I'll recommend you to anyone who asks me about golf.
This is great! I only picked up golf 2 months ago and find that your instruction is so clear without a lot of hyper technical jargon. I'm looking forward to going out to the range to practice some of these basics to get my balance right.

This was the first instructional golf video I ever watched about 4 months ago. Its still the first video I come back to when I'm having issues with my swing regardless of the club. I am a high handicapper coming back to the game after 5 odd years or so. This series seems to be very useful. My trainer is my old one, and he is doing fine tuning of my swing. But this series will help me in revisiting the basics learnt not so well 15 years back!

Hi Aimee. I discovered your beginners lessons today. I've been using 1 to 4 at the range today with some success. I'm actually making contact with the ball more consistently. I'm 62 and suffer with Fibromyalgia so a easy loose swing is key to me being able to play at all on my good days. Simple basic tuition is what you are providing and I'll certainly be making the most of it. Pretty damn good channel ☺

My girlfriend started golfing last year and she wants to get better, but she doesn’t like listening to me when I give her some pointers and I’m also bad at explaining stuff. I’ll be using these videos to help her learn how to swing and other things!

This one video was amazingly helpful! I went from consistently clipping my ball 20-30 yards at a time (or missing it) to driving it down the range straight. I got my first birdie two games after watching this video. I wanted to race through the rest of the videos, but I'm trying to pace myself and let a lesson sink in before moving to the next one.

I am learning with my 7-year-old daughter and I found two mistakes in my own techniques.
1) I wasn't leaning forward in my stance and it was causing me to slice. 2) The rotation of my hips and the movement of my knees was incorrect. So I fixed that.
First round out after applying those techniques, I shot the best back 9 I've shot in years. Thank you Amiee! I haven't seen a 39 in a long time!

Hi Aimee, love your videos, I am 63 and have been trying to play for almost 10 years but I don’t always get out because of health reasons. So because of this I constantly feel like a beginner.. I am struggling on how far to stand from the ball, can you give me some advice....
