I will try to explain about the food situation. Each meal cart contains a certain amount of trays for a certain amount of people, so the first FA will start from the first row of the cabin and the second FA will count the people to be served by the first FA and he/she will start right after that with the second cart. For example, in the airline I work for our carts contains 39 trays inside, If I take the second cart I will count from the front of the cabin 39 passengers and I will start with my cart from passenger number 40 because the 39 behind me will be served by the first cart starting from the front. Its brazilian operations are much bigger, they left one world, and have now partnered up with american Delta. it's not LAN
