Точно! Охренеть! Сварить картошку, потом сделать тесто, потом снова сварить, и потом ещё пожарить.. 🤣🤣 И крахмала в тесто 150 грамм, потом обсыпать, потом снова обсыпать крахмалом.. 😳 Не проще сварить в мундире или по-быстрому поджарить.. 🤔
In Indonesia we called it "Perkedel". The different is we add some onion leaf (green onion) and sometimes meat in the potato dough. And after that we use an egg to covered the dough after we make it like ball or anykind of shape that we want. And we dont boiled it but put it to the last process which is cooked it in the oil with medium fire. So it will not burned. And textures will be soft inside and ablittle crunchy on the outside. And we rather use bake flour then corn starch..
