11:00 They need to watch more videos of American cops being one of the best in the entire world, I've noticed that the media usually mostly plays the bad moments which is why you guys have this weird generalization and thinks all or most of your cops are bad (which it isn't). (I live in SE Asia and I wish they were as good as they are in my country).
American cops are not as trained as cops from many other countries and also deal with a lot more guns so they are usually worse and in worse situations
There definitely are some bad ones because human nature makes people power trip, but I also wish that the good was shown in media as well. Thing is, the media feeds on hate and shock content
