What is the placement of the spring on the shifter shaft when replacing shifter shaft cover?

Dont recall right off hand, but its well detailed in the factory service manual.

Do you happen to know the torque specs for the bolts that hold down the crankshaft when you put the case back together?

Suzuki 10 w40 and suzuki factory coolant.
