- After a long summer break, QnA with Friends is back for episode 5!
This time around I hung out with Orhun Parmaksiz @orhundev
Orhun's a Rust aficionado who loves giving back to the open source community. We chatted about how he got started with Rust and why he still digs it so much.
Orhun also discussed his experiences as both a contributor and a reviewer,
offering valuable tips on how to make the reviewer's life easier (Don't ping him more than 49 times)
He shared insights into his projects git-cliff and binsider, as well as his significant contributions to the Ratatui library. Orhun told me about the challenges he faced while working on these projects and how he overcame them.
Orhun's dedication to giving back to the community is really inspiring.

"accidentally started open source" - I would like to hear rest of the story man 😄
I also use arch by the way
Crossterm is good minimal level for raw manipulating of terminals.
but Ratatui helped me to end fighting with terminal functionality and finally to start constructing UI. it's modular enough for code reusing ❤
