Bro, I used to do a bit of indy wrestling like 10 years ago or so.. and depending on the promotion and such the rings can be stiff af. One of the promotions used a boxing ring which doesn't have give like an actual wrestling ring. Taking bumps for the first time I remember my whole body being sore the next day. Also the running of the ropes and such definitely isn't as easy as it looks. If you hit them wrong you can hurt your neck and such. It's so much harder than it looks. Lots of fun though, I definitely miss it.
championship match has main evented twice in this century i don't know about old school royal rumble ppvs but this century we got rock vs punk main event rumble in 2013 and kurt vs henry main event rumble in 2006 kurt and henry only main evented to setup taker's return and him destroying the ring i think this year might be the same the world title match could main event to setup the return of the rock

I had an MCL tear from skating in 2016 and my recovery was 3 months before i fully started skating again, i did try 1 month after surgery and only felt pain once when i accidentaly stomped on the ground but i also didnt have doctors checking up on me or doing therapy so i think seth will be ready for wrestlemania
