I only just found this now and i've been sitting here crying for like 10 minutes because this suddenly makes so much sense. I've been fighting this war all my life not feeling like anyone would listen and this gave me so much hope. Please keep up the good work you guys.
Hi Flarey Bear, Thank you for your kind words. Glad that you were able to find some hope for healing. If you would like our team to review your case in the future and see if you sound like a good candidate for our clinics, feel free to reach out anytime. We wish you all the best in health and recovery!
Same for me. I'm in Maryland with some of the top Doctors around and no one will take the time to add it altogether. Each specialist says its in the other Specialist issue .
I am blown away by all this....I have such a complex picture, including tinnitus, hearing problems, vertigo & lightheadedness, neck problems, headaches, occilipcia (eye problems), laryngeal spasms, I could go on! Diagnosed with vestibular migraine in 2017, but no one has ever mentioned this....incredible
I am like you! I thought when my perceptions were all altered docs would finally listen... that’s when they started blowing off all my symptoms as psychosomatic/crazy. I feel really lucky I didn’t suffocate from very severe dystonia diagnosed as tight muscles. Everything else is anxiety I guess. Personally I’ve decided not to pursue anything medical until I get my settlement and I can get someone as competent as Caring Medical to take a look.
This is amazing. I was just diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis and I have all these symptoms and more. I hope I can get relief for the first time in 18 years - I'm 62.
Hi Liberty, Glad that you finally received a diagnosis and are learning more about cervical instability. You may want to check out the webinars on our playlist section where we go into cervical instability and the vagus nerve function if you really want to go in-depth. We would be happy to review your case if you are looking to see if you sound like a good candidate for our neck center. We wish you all the best in health!
It's 2023 and this is so sound for me to this day. I pray all that have been denied proper comprehensive healthcare see this and, at least, validate that our symptoms are a real medical condition. New sub and I'll assess if I can reach out to these angels at Care Medical. Thank you and God bless.
Glad you finally got a diagnosis after so many years. Hope you can find a good medical team who can treat you for the instability and help you resolve the symptoms you're experiencing. We wish you all the best in healing! If you feel that you'd like us to help you here in our Fort Myers, FL center, you're always welcome to reach out to us directly. Take care.
I just want to add a note to you this video I find this video extremely refreshing to see. I was in a severe car accident I had a traumatic brain injury that went untreated or diagnosed and I also had severe Whiplash that went untreated and undiagnosed. 3 years after this accident I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis based on 3 lesions in my brain. Ten years after that I have done considerable Research into the brain health and blood flow so I went and had a procedure angioplasty to be precise, and when they are dilated the vein in my neck my neck cracked, it was the first time I put together that I didn't have MS I had a blood flow problem from severe whiplash. Please consider even those people that do have lesions in their brain they may not have an autoimmune condition multiple sclerosis may not be an autoimmune condition, in my case it was a blood flow condition and what you are doing to treat neck injuries is amazing and as I said very refreshing to see. Since I have had the procedure done of angioplasty you would think I don't have any MS, I went from a 4.5 on the edss scale to a 0. In my humble opinion knowing that I know my body very well I never did have MS and they are misdiagnosing thousands of people I think one of the worst things that they're doing is basing it on lesions in the brain anyone who's had traumatic brain injury would have lesions in their brain. And the research that is going on right now on blood flow and the effects on the brain are amazing. Not to mention in 2015 they found an immune system in the brain which means that there is no such thing as an autoimmune disease of the brain. Unfortunately it is taking the neurologist a long time time to get with the program. You give me hope thank you very much for being honest and truthful about what upper cervical injuries can do to human body
Hi A Grinch, Wow, what an ordeal to have gone through! So sorry to hear that. But glad that eventually it was discovered to be an issue with the cervical vertebrae. This is such a huge issue for many people who deal with unresolved pain issues. Lots of misdiagnosed patients because cervical instability is not even a thought. We have a lot of patients who have seen multiple other providers and undergone invasive procedures, but no one ever examined their neck or looked into a history of whiplash, concussion, etc... There is a link, you're correct! We are currently writing a book about this issue and, just as important, how to resolve it. Thank you for taking the time to post about your personal experience. We wish you all the best!
Hi, do I understand you correctly when you say that during the angioplasty procedure, when they dilated a vessel your neck cracked, and my question is, did it "crack" in a good way such as it provided a release? Or it cracked and broke somewhere? Sorry I'm a little confused. I've have some issues that are very similar to your situation. Did the neck crack hurt or help, and did the angioplasty hurt or help? It's been two years since you posted, how you are doing now? Best regards. TY for any info u can provide.
@@melloyellow5598 hi, I am not the person you asked the question to, but since she did not answer, I will say that she got relief from that crack. Her pain went away.
I actually ended up having TMJ, and a misaligned C2. After I got adjusted for those, 90% of my symptoms went away. I went back to the chiropractor again, and he adjusted my C1 and I am completely better. I hope you guys are able to find help for any symptoms you’re experiencing. It is honestly terrible to be in so much pain constantly and I don’t wish it on anyone.
That's me dr hauser. Imbalance since blow to head age ten. Now age nearly 80. Suffered vertigo and vagal nerve system issue for entire life. No one can help. C1 and C2 xrays show problems. Adjustment of atlas regularly. But I still walk like a drunk. 😒 But never drank alcohol. Reside in napa valley CA. I just discovered your site. Thank you for giving me some hope. Maybe I can have a few more years, but with wellness.👵🤗
Love this channel, you are one of the only ones who discusses upper, c1 and c2, instability issues. After 8 months, and my ortho telling workers comp 'I dont know what to do with him', I had DMX done and it showed 4mm of c1 movement to the left on side bend. Don't ignore the worsening symptoms or clunking noises. Most dr's have no clue what to do for upper c-spine instability and can't assess it at all. This channel has given me so much information and helps me to understand current techniques
Thank you for your kind words. So glad that you were able to get help in your situation! We genuinely appreciate your encouragement to keep putting out information to help people understand cervical instability. We plan to record and upload more DMX-related videos about some of the recent and interesting patient cases we have been helping here in the coming weeks and months. Wish you all the best in health!

I have an old trampoline injury. Landed upside down , straight down on my head, from about 20 feet in the air. I crunched it and it went sideways. I couldn't ride a bike after that for weeks. I could barely walk home. Another time I had post concussion disorder, to some extent. Brother smashed my head on a dresser corner. Anyhow, They do feel similar. You people are the few who understand. I have been to a chiropractor and they saved my life. I used to get migraines more than half the time. my life was hell. They taught me how to set my neck bones. So now, I manually adjust my neck to get through life. It works! I'm headache free (mostly, haha, except about once a month) for 20 years!!!!! My neck will pinch all the things you speak of, and I experience so many strange things. You're sooo right. it's very bizarre. Actually, it feels like a mild case of encephalitis, too. because I've had that. And FYI, if people have a crooked jaw, like me, that makes it worse, too. IF you clench a crooked jaw, it makes the instability worse. =) IF you sleep with the wrong pillow, you'll wake up with a migraine and want to die. People with this.. you know. =) Our big enemy is the mouse arm. hours of unbalanced positions of hanging weight. try to keep both arms perfectly balanced. good posture. The FUNNY PART of this is: I've been in a few car accidents, stuff like that. Amusement park rides. Very little will phase me. I can make sense out of backwards text. I can hear people when half the conversation cuts out from the cell tower. My poor brain has been compensating for errors for so long.. somebody once blew scopolamine in my face in a bar and I laughed at them, called security and threatened to punch them. but the drug had worked. But my error correction told me that something was wrong,(like my neck injury) and it was time to use my alternate personality backup mechanisms. It saved me from the gang draining my bank outside moments later. I was more aware than anybody else that had ever been drugged, probably. Actually. yeah. People tell me , nah, you're exxaggerating. Tell ya what, buddy... you get a face full of scopolamine and let me know if you handle it as well as somebody that has YEARS of cervical instability. muhahahaha. Or get hit in the face as well as us. I think not! =)
I've got ME/CFS and I've had pretty much every symptom you listed! I'm currently pursuing a standing MRI, even though it's crazy expensive. It's so sad that all of us are suffering without proper treatment. Hopefully the medical system will catch up with reality in the next few years, though I'm not holding my breath.
@@jw3505 no. It uses iodine and usually a product named Omnipaque. Most people usually tolerate it ok, but some still report side effects. Great podcast. Thanks you guys are the best 👍 No doctor has ever suggested prolotherapy. So weird, I’ve asked my orthopedic surgeon so often about a neck brace and he told me I don’t need it. Always, always search for the right doctor. There is help and healing.
I've been experiencing depression, anxiety, brain fog, blurry vision, loss of balance since... forever. Lately, I've been also having huge muscular pains (bicep tendonitis, neck pain, back pain, etc.) I somehow, slowly (video by video), reached the conclusion it might have ti do with posture. I've reached your videos and had an instantaneous 'evrika' moment. Held my neck up (with my hands) for 5 minutes and I instantly felt much better. Now... what shall I do to treat myself? I'm from Romania and I can't afford to come to the States...
Same here i have severe version of this health problem my appearance is terrible every time I look in the mirror I have a no neck just a enormous neck hump and my entire spinal and posture is messed up, the symptoms i have is lack of breathing, can function (especially in the morning thats when it hits really hard) huge fatigue, ability not even to lift a simple box and stock it on a shelf without feeling shaky an off balance. Struggling to complete the achieve the most basic life skills communicating with stutters, completing school work, just going to take a simple bath takes 300 times effort. Everytime I wake up I just don't wanna be here and it feels like hell living with these health problems. Right now doing neck exercies and working out is the only solution but even while doing intense work outs the Ligament Damage is EVEN WORSE. The biggest let down though is my appearance and the symptoms that come with it
@@ajmma499 I've read a lot during this week and went for an evaluation (at a chiropractor). He said I should try sleeping without a pillow and I did. I felt a little bit less fatigued during the day. Also, I was told some breathing exercises could help. What I found as treatment options (and will pursue when I have money) is laser treatment, electrotherapy, massages and chiropractic adjustment. I don't know where you're from, if you have practicioners of prolotherapy, but where I live (Romania), I couldn't find this kind of treatment. Maybe give an update of how you are feeling here. I hope you get better asap!
Hey Vlad - You can buy a "neck sling" on Amazon or from many other online stores. You suspend the sling from something like a doorknob, follow directions closely, then lay on the floor and place your head in the sling. You lay there for a few minutes or more and then repeat every day. Over time, if this is your problem, you will feel much better.
I had many of those symptoms like dizziness, headache, eye problems, back neck pain, balance instability, ear clogging or heaviness, and many more. Most importantly when I drive a car specifically on the highway I panic, my ears constantly clogging, I feel that I have something in my head, blurry eyes, and something happiness inside of me that I cannot explain. I went to many doctors but they could not find anything.
How are you now I have the same symptoms as you for 16 years I did all the tests and passed all the specialties and they said that I do not suffer from anything

It can also cause seizures. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy because of it but my dad brought me to a chiropractor after the hospital's couldn't figure it out. After a treatment plan the vertebrae stopped pressing on my vagus nerve and my grand mal seizures stopped completely. It's been about 13 years and I haven't had a seizure of any kind since. This seems to be something that people haven't quite figured out yet that really would help a lot of seizure sufferers and even rid them of their seizures completely like it did for me.
@@JP-bv6mi I just got routine neck adjustments until the vertebrae stopped going out of place that was pressing on my vagus nerve. Now I just go to the chiropractor when my neck starts bothering me.
That's a good question, I am a recent diagnose seizures suffer. I never had them before ever in my life. Till my late 30s. Doctors tell me about one-offs. I too was in a car accident, on my way to my brother's workplace to help him out to load up a trailer never made it blacked out and crashed into a fixed object totaling my vehicle, did sustain a concussion what do you actually report was (intracranial trauma with loss of consciousness duration unknown) woke up in the ambulance confused and kind of irritable and combative. Add abrasion on the left side of the forehead and I'm not about the size of a golf ball but no skull fracture or penetration what they called a closed head injury. In my belief that's what I would blame my first grand mal seizure on 4 months after the accident and they seem to be coming every 4 months. When they said post-concussion syndrome yes I went through that for about 4 months sensitivity to light and sound high-pitch sounds and bright light like the sun, and those big bright halogen Maglite police officers like to use. Right at the tail end sitting on a ottoman Pitbull Behind the Chair talking to my mother, fall right off the ottoman spilling my glass of tea and go into a grand mal seizure first ever I was even aware of and my family especially my mother witnessed it. Been experiencing similar symptoms, vertigo like symptoms uneasy balance, stumbling staggering shoot I was even asked one day by family member if I was drunk. I can't remember any head injuries or TBI or spinal cord injuries while in service in the army during the Iraq War. Something caused me to blackout lose consciousness for no reason, I blame the accident the concussion for the seizure, but according to the VA the unusual anomaly on the MRI suggested in sometime in my past I had a stroke believe me I even had a more puzzled look on my face when a doctor suggested such when they were looking at the MRI, all other tests checked out to be normal the only test of points 2 and suggests a stroke is the MRI but they can't really tell how long ago it was. Not displaying any other symptoms of a stroke oh, I don't have hypertension are you in high blood pressure in that matter good on the cholesterol get on the saturated fats good on plaque. This ringing thing though I've been having that for a long time it's all my military medical records had it while in service and still have it, strange and unusual about it I can feel a sensation wave or Ripple if it had a sound I would probably say rushing but it didn't it triggered the ringing in my ears a high pitch tone never both years at the time it's one at a time predominantly stronger in my right. I did have a four-wheeler accident years ago around the holidays of 2008 separating some kind of joint in the shoulder that connects to the clavicular joint I think it's called arm was kind of numb originally thought I broke it doc said I was lucky. I constantly go through lower back pain everyday inflamed joints burning stinging pain sometimes dull and achy oh, I would describe it something similar to the flu symptoms the heat in your legs and the ache not really any tingling or numbness in my legs but I do in the shoulder blades and the arms.
I have had a hell of a time with my health for the past six years. Literally clinically depressed and isolated etc because of my C5/C6/C7 ligament chronic instability. Not to mention my thoracic and L5 as well. I spent from the year 2016-2020 seeing chiropractor after chiro and physical therapists on and off and acupuncture until I started doing some heavy research as to why I wasn’t holding the adjustment of the bones…..and I saw your website and video and I am beyond frustrated as to why I never figured it out sooner. I’ve lost about 15ibs and I already weighed 126(skinny 25 year old me) I am currently underway in a New York City prolotherapy specialist since the beginning of 2021 of this pandemic. and I am making a slow recovery. Will update how it goes.
@isaac clarke hey Isaac, we’ll it depends. Do you feel any clicking/ popping sounds when you twist your neck around? You may have cervical instability and don’t need a typical h CJ iropractor. Although I would advise you find one who does Gonstead for low velocity if you lost your curve or maybe even see an osteopath. So far my lumbar is getting better. I have taken about six shots but still not 100% yet. Especially my cervical. I took a prp shot 20 days ago. I will decide if I need another PRP for these damaged joints I had for years. I have had tension headaches and migraines on and off for quite sometime and my left arm always feels weak. lightheaded, pain in my left trap, stinging down the arm, fatigue sciatica. Try seeing a prolotherapist first. They say it takes 6 averse shots but honestly it can take as much as you want ONLY if your making progress. Some folks have taken 10 shots until they felt better, not even kidding.
I am in New York also I am suffering big time walking and swaying standing still shooting pains in my neck off balance feeling brain fog , where can I go for this therapy ??

I had a very bad neck injury where my neck was stuck in a wiplash position for prolonged period of time, like 30 minutes. When i Got up, I had the worst pain of my life, shooting pain down my neck and back, arms going numb, dizziness, and worst headache and migraine ever. I saw chiropractor, and got an xray and mri and EEG, everything came out fine. I even saw a neurologist., he looked at me with scrutiny since he deals with seriously ill patients with seizures andsuch, and since my reports of the EEG and mri looked fine, he was a bit perplexed as to why I had such difficulties functioning on a day to day basis. Luckily he prescribed medication for the migraines. I even had weird sensations of my nose going dull insensitivity. I never took the migraine medication, started eating clean, doing various neck stetches and strengthening. It has improved greatly since the 3-4 years then. Thank you for this video. It makes sense that the radio imaging showed no abnormalities, and the torn ligaments which take time to heal won't show on them either. At least I know i'm not an idiot with my symptoms - as I've been told by a rude few that it may be just up in my head sorta thing.
They got me down as military TBI in the military I have occipital pain terrible injections haven’t worked so far I’m going crazy with the pain I will do anything to fix it at this point
Omg...THIS sounds exactly what I have. I’ve seen 6-7 doctors in the last 2 years, “some” of these symptoms are exact to what I’ve had. January 24th I will be going for my first CT Scan, I’ve been on multiple medications (antibiotics, nasal sprays, pain killers ((eye pain)) and now I’m taking clonozapam to calm my anxiety and panic attacks), from eye pain, unbalance, (I saw my dr. Tuesday Jan 12 and told her I had gone for a walk and the snow had just fallen fresh, so when I turned back my tracks looked like a drunk person and that made me cry, so now I use a stick for balance) , I hear noises in my ears from “bongs”, to what sounds like a plane flying over head, to a “honing”, sound, but I’ve never heard ringing, or buzzing, or gushing of water, or hissing...I am ever so grateful that these symptoms are not as loud as I’ve read about ppl who have tinnitus....what caught my attention was the numbness in my arms, to where it feels as though the blood has been cut off and my arm feels like a dead persons arm...it’s mostly in one arm (my right) and only happens at night, at night, my symptoms lessen, the sounds subsides when I lie down to where they almost disappear....sadly, I am starting to wake up with louder sounds...not like a heartbeat, but as though someone off in the far distance is banging on a hollow box or drum...(getting emotional) I have never prayed so hard in my life, I pray all day sometimes...I will never give up praying...I’ve never cried so much....I was beginning to believe these sounds are coming from my brain...and how do you fix that? But I know these sounds are now caused by this cervical instability that you speak of (crying more, because for the first time in 2 years, I am now convinced I am not going crazy or that I have a tumour..lol) I finally have HOPE!!!! HOPE that I’ve never felt since this first started. Please if anyone can point me in the right direction, where can I go...btw, I’m in Canada, but if this will take every penny that I have to make me feel normal again, I will fly across the world to do it. Thank you so much for this information. (I can’t honestly tell you the exact date, but I backed up into a tree and banged my head pretty hard, this was maybe 2 years ago...so can it be possible that this incident may have caused this instability?, if in fact that this is what I have. Please HELP and Gods blessings on us all🙏🏻 ps. I now constantly wear ear plugs it helps to lessen the noises, but when I’m around ppl or objects that are loud, the sounds are “amplified”

I'm 25 and have been battling brain fog, imbalance issues, vertigo, anxiety, tremors, heart palpitations, double vision, headaches, trouble swallowing at times and quite a bit more. I've been dealing with these symptoms for the past 8 months after they seemingly came out of nowhere, and I was left with more questions than answers after visiting multiple specialists. Half way through this video I broke down, this video describes almost all my symptoms and I finally feel like I have some answers to what I've been experiencing. @@deannamccullin Sorry you're battling these symptoms as well. I honestly think it was from repetitive strain on my neck due to sleeping in weird positions. I recently have been seeing a physical therapist and doing exercises which has helped so much. Have you seen any specialists for your issues?
Do you have anyone trained in this, in Australia? I have been fobbed off by doctors for 10 years. All of them have told me that my neck pain, and the constant grinding and clunking in my upper neck, is perfectly normal for someone of “my age”. I turned 50 this year.

This gives me hope! I've been telling my doctor for over a year about my neck pain with these symptoms. I've tried so many medications, treatments, etc and everyone says nothing is wrong. I've had most of these symptoms for almost two years. Several MRIs, CT scans, several eye exams, and x-rays, and the "best" my docs can find are a couple of bulged disks at c3/4 and c6/7 and straightening of the cervical lordosis (which was noted as likely being caused by spasms during the exam). I've gotten physical therapy, Prednisone, trigger point injections, chiropractic, massage, muscle relaxants, and none of it works for more than a few days. I'll mention prolotherapy to my pain management doc and see what comes next. Thank you! I thought I was going crazy, and that my problems were all mental (even saw a psychologist for a while).
Hi Derek, Thanks for sharing your story. Sorry to hear what you've been going through, and that you were even considering it was in your head. We find that the situations are usually very real but there is a missing diagnosis because people are chasing potential surgical issues and limited by only looking at static imaging, and end up going to multiple doctors but no one is connecting the dots on the case. It is very common for us to help cases like this through motion diagnostics which pick up cervical instability and then treat accordingly. We are glad that you've found a possible option to discuss with your team. Hope you get resolution of your symptoms and stabilization of your neck. If you feel that you would like our specialists to review your case and see if you sound like a good candidate for our neck center, we'd be happy to help. Take care for now.

Hi Christy, Thank you for your comment. Wow, so sorry to hear about your traumatic injury, and the residual symptoms. This is something that we see often in our practice. People like you who had an accident that involved the head and neck and the initial injuries were repaired, such as broken bones. But the soft tissue areas still cause a myriad of symptoms. This is where we come in and finish the job! If you would like to discuss the details of your case privately, please email us directly at info@caringmedical.com or call at 708-393-8272. Wish you all the best!
Thank goodness I found this channel. I have had back pain issues since childhood from two distinct injuries in my youth. I have a “floating rib condition” that can be extremely painful, until I can find someone to massage my rib (attaching at my vertebrae) back into position. Then I suffer with bruising from the tense muscles and Swollen tissues. I may have other symptoms underlying, with the lower lumbar like tailbone area and cervical instability. But my main concern is this floating rib. It’s interesting to find this form of treatment because I have a family history of back injury or back pain in my siblings and parent. I hope a lot more recognition and research is done into this department of doctorate. Thank you for your research!
Excellent channel!! Very didactic and demonstrative videos, makes it a lot easier to understand!! I would like to ask if you also work with patients with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Thanks! 😊
Hi Nathalia Peralta, Thank you for your kind words. Yes, we specialize in EDS cases. Feel free to check out our webinar or EDS playlists on this channel and our website if you would like to learn more about the types of EDS cases we treat here. Wish you all the best in health!
@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy thank you so much for responding!! I'll definitely see the webinar and EDS playlists!! I have a recent diagnosis and still trying to understand this crazy thing. 🥰
Hi American Honey, Yes, absolutely. That's how I feel. My ears ring all the time. Some days I feel dizzy, my eyes hurt, sometimes blurry. I haven't fallen and my neck bones crackle all the time and its loud. How can I fix this?
Is cracking my neck done by a physiatrist doing more bad than good in the case of cervical instability? I could cry. It all makes sense now all the symptoms I have
If you have RA you have a 3x likelihood to also have migraines. Almost half of RA sufferers also have some cervical instability. So as far as headaches go, I think it's more likely to have a common cause with RA than cervical instability, as I still don't see a pain pathway from cervical nerves to internal meningual nociceptors, which is what should cause headache pain. Of course I'm not discounting other symptoms. I think UVA might really help in RA. I've been turning on my uva light during the day for a couple of days and I don't feel my elbow issues
Hello. Do you ever see exercise intolerance in the sense that exercise worsens symptoms (similar to post-concussive syndrome)? And what about internal tremors in the legs / restlessness / insomnia after exercise -- again similar to post-concussive syndrome. Or are these more likely from an actual brain injury (after a fall hitting head and whipping neck)?
The thing with instability is it is degenerative, meaning it will continue to worsen over time if nothing is done about it. Curve correction, lifestyle changes, etc can definitely slow the process down but regeneration needs to happen for healing to occur with damaged ligaments.
Hi, you put out some very interesting videos I just have a question,,,,Been an athlete my whole life, was rear ended 2yrs ago,,car totaled,,,,,,,MRI shows c3 and c4 central posterior disk herniation effacing the ventral thecal sac and elevating the posterial longitundal ligament with mild spinal cord deformity and mild stenosis to 1cm, there is no neural foraminal narrowing,,,,it says the same thing for c6 -c7,,,I have no pain, or tingling down my extreminities, but have head , face and jaw pressure and tension, all the muslces in my body are very tight, I feel off balance when I walk and feel like I cant control my limbs at times,,,,my stomach Is horibley bloated and I feel like I cant breathe properly,,,,,all medical tests come back normal, as well as mris of brain and abdomen I have used alcohol and benzos everyday for years, I have stopped all meds and alcohol 1.5yrs ago and my body is pulling tight all over and all of this got worse when I stopped benzos I am wondering If I have cervial instability as well as vagal nerve issues,,,I have tension, fear and anxiety like never before What do you make of no pain or tingling, but pressure in head face and jaw and abdomen with strong muscle tension? TY for all your work
hi mehdi khemiri, Thank you for your question. The treatment is Prolotherapy. It looks like you commented on some other videos too. Hopefully you have found the answers you need. We are always happy to talk with you about your case privately over our website or email info@caringmedical.com.
I am 58 I’ve had one cervical spine fusion/laminectomy and three lumbar spine fusion/laminectomies & today’s I have everything you have been talking about regarding PROLOtherapy. I have been advised in 2020 by a cervical ct scan of having cervical instability with stenosis. First I’m stuck in my mind wondering is all my pain suffering and embarrassing symptoms due to my neck instability or are these symptoms due to a mini stroke or tia? The local physicians can’t find anything wrong and make me out to be a some crazy lady. I wish I was closer to Florida.

About a year ago I made a very big effort, and I felt a strong vertigo. I went to the emergency room, I was misdiagnosed and today 80% of the symptoms have disappeared. The unbalanced feeling continues. I went to the otolaryngologist, neurologist and nothing. tried appley maneuvers, meds and more. In visits to the osteopath I feel better, but I have been told that the c2 vertebra "is always moving out of place". I really feel better for the next 2 or 3 days, but then everything stays the same. keep fighting it
Jesus Christ... I have nearly all the symptoms that the lady listed. I’ve been to physical therapy, acupuncture, behavioral therapy and neurology (tried almost all migraine meds including botox injection.) and nothing worked but I’m thinking maybe this is the one. I need to cure my chronic headache/migraine bc I’m now severely depressed
Hi duck goose, Thanks for sharing, and sorry to hear about your struggle trying to find a practitioner who can put it all together for you! I wish I could see you. I live in Brisbane, Australia and I know there is something going on with my neck. I have all the symptoms, along with hEDS and POTS. I have been to numerous specialists, had so many tests but no one knows about CCI. I just got diagnosed with functional neurologic disorder which I feel doesn't fit as my issues are very positional.
Hi Spoon Fed Girl, Sorry you have been struggling with obtaining a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment locally. We do help patients from Australia, though we understand that it is not possible for everyone to travel for care. We wish you the best in your continued search for an EDS and CCI specialist who can treat the ligaments and stabilize your joints. We're here if you need our help in the future.
I have been treated the same way currently severe dizziness, brain fog vision hearing issues and pain jaw and neck pain unable to walk here in Australia sent home from neurological ward hospital still unable walk and told same thing functional neurological disorder which my own neurologist said it's not......she said TMJ jaw or neck. 12 months down track still have all symptoms cant walk no help at all.
Thank you a lot, I’ve struggled with sleep cause of headaches an neck pain I was hit by a car head on and it got me thinking now 6 years later maybe it’s my fucking spine not my brain because I had an brain scan didn’t have damage.. i seen more doctors I can count on my fingers , I appreciate for helping me understand my pain an body .
Hi Austen St clair, Glad that it helped you understand what could be happening after our car accident. Yes, having things progressively get worse as time goes on is very common in the patients we see who have been in car accidents. Hope you find the type of doctor who can help you. In our office, we use digital motion X-ray to see the spine in motion and can help identify exact places of spinal instability and the overall cervical dysstructure to individualize treatment. Wish you all the best in health.
Thank you for your video you guys did great explaining the estability I have all the system I have cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis I need help with all this but any was great job guys sound likes people that really want to help people 👍👍
I really need your help. I've been dealing with all these symptoms for many years and doctors cant get to the bottom of what's going on with my health.
Because most doctors today don't find what they don't want to fix. There is no money in cures. I am on Medicare and Medicaid and for most of us all doctors do is harvest our insurance without fixing us.
Hi Mez, thank you for reaching out. You are correct, these are not accessible posteriorly. Improving cervical stability and the conditions that arise from it can be safely done through Hackett-Hemwall Prolotherapy which comprehensively addresses the posterior attachments. On some of our other videos, you can see examples of this technique being performed. Also, if you have questions about your own case, feel free to reach out to our team directly through our website or at info@caringmedical.com, or call us at 708-393-8272. Take care, and hope you have a great day!
Hi Linda, The treatment is called Prolotherapy, and you can look for Prolotherapy providers online. Like any medical treatment, not all providers practice the same techniques or can take on cervical spine cases. Many Prolotherapists stick to simple joints like knees and elbows and such. We suggest reaching out to any office you are interested in and speaking with their team about their practice and discuss your case to see if it sounds like a good fit. If you were looking for our team to possibly help you on your case in our Florida center, you are always welcome to reach out to us as well. Wish you all the best in health!
I think it's time for me to go back to see my neurosureon. I'm pinned fromc4 to T1. I have numberous symptoms you've mentioned, even walking as though i'm drunk after changing directions. Big balance issues
Thanks for sharing, Cynthia. Sorry to hear that you're dealing with post-fusion/cervical instability issues like this, but glad that you are looking into the reasons behind the symptoms. We talk a lot about these in our playlists and webinars on vagus nerve impairment and upper cervical instability if you really want to delve into the neurology, etc. If you would like our team to help you try to avoid the need for future fusions in the future, please feel free to reach out to us at our Fort Myers, Florida center. We wish you all the best in health and getting resolution to your symptoms so you can get your life back! Take good care.
Is it safe to buy and wear a cervical collar or brace on my own, like via amazon, to see if it helps and as a step toward diagnosis? I won't be able to get to a specialist or PT until after the surge. Thank you. If yes, can you recommend a good one?
Hi ZeBeFruity, Thanks for reaching out. Good question. Understandably, we cannot recommend anything specific when we do not know someone's case. Many people do experiment with a soft cervical collar from a pharmacy to see how they feel. Some people feel better and confirms their suspicion that the neck is involved in their case, and gives them some temporary support while they are waiting for Prolotherapy or other treatment. There are instances where people feel worse or that symptoms became exacerbated, which may be the type of collar was just not right for them and their anatomy. This is why we have started doing testing under Digital Motion X-ray for patients who are wearing their collar to try and find optimal positioning and if the collar they are wearing is ideal for them. We find that it is best to look at each individual's case. Hopefully you can soon get some answers directly from the specialist whom you are going to see. If you feel that you would like our team to review your case in the future and see you here for testing and possible treatment, feel free to reach out to us directly. We wish you all the best in health!
Hi cah 331, Yes it can. Adjustments by the person self-manipulating their own joints, or having a high velocity adjustment by a chiropractor or other provider can lead to instability.
Hi Joe, Thanks for the question. The issue is much larger. Insurance like traditional PPO plans, Medicaid/Medicare, only pays for a very limited type of treatment options for chronic pain conditions. Typically, that treatment is medication and/or steroid injections. Some may cover a round of PT and/or chiropractic, and eventual surgical intervention. Our office and Prolotherapists as a whole are part of a large number of treatments that are available that traditional insurance chooses not to cover. But there are some companies like Medi-share who have reimbursed patients well for Prolotherapy. Wish you all the best in finding the best medical care for your needs and alleviate your suffering. Take good care.
Dear sir I had a mri of c1-45degree rotation to right side.lts badly affected my posture and ability to move side to side. Which therapy is good to me..
The symptoms match I've bn thinking this is what's wrong with me but I didn't kno about drop in BP & other symptoms. However what's a good option for low income ppl who can't afford insurance or numerous dr visits? Usually you pay to go to 1 doctor they treat u for whatever then maybe send u to another specialist that costs $$. What's the best way to get checked?
I am in the uk. I am told I have Fuchs dystrophy and need transplants. Unfortunately there are none available here. I also have balance problems and do get Trigeminal neuralgia. I have neck pain and problems and very poor posture. Can you suggest any exercises to help.
Hi cezarina boghinciuc, Thank you for your question! We have treated patients whose pain began in their jaw and/or neck after dental and orthodontic procedures, yes. If this is something you are dealing with and want to talk with us more specifically about your case, please reach out to us directly to discuss your case privately through our website, email, or phone. We have much more detailed information on our neck pain pages on our site. Hope that helps. Take care for now.
I have all of those symptoms minus like one or two! I have IIH, and a possible cranial leak. I have always thought I had CCI. I am going to see another doctor next week and I am going to mention it again to someone.
Hi Hope, Sorry that you are experiencing all of those symptoms. We have some updated playlists and webinars on more extensive information on upper cervical instability and associated vagus nerve injury. Hope the new doctor can help get you an appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Wish you all the best in health!
I have all these symptoms. I have Ehlers Danlos hyper mobility, can I get this treatment if I have this condition? I’m in the uk do you know of specialists over here I can go to?
Really great and professionally presented channel! I don't believe I have true instability but have suffered with chronic constant neck and shoulder pain and dull headache for decades as well as sporadic light headedness. I'm alsoa T1D for 42 years. My question though is whether CI could lead to visual disturbances? I have recently experienced what I believe to be oscillopsia with the scene on a TV repeatedly rapidly rotating 90 degrees outside the frame of the TV for about 20 seconds while the room and TV itself remained static. I presume therefore that it involved a single eye. I do not suffer from nystagmus.
All of these symptoms sound like Multiple Sclerosis.I have lifelong symptoms of M.S. but not an official diagnoses yet.I experienced a massive trauma 17 years ago and was bed ridden 10 years and I am still in bad shape.I have most of the symptoms shown in many of your videos on cervical instability, vagus nerve ,bloodflow problems, etc.. Can you give any suggestions about being treated here in Northern Utah. Your videos are very, very interesting and well done!!
Hi Ronald, So sorry that you have been experiencing these symptoms for so long. Glad you are looking further into what could be going on. I have been dealing with dizziness, ringing in the left ear and and extreme motion sickness which brings on severe anxiety after many hours of highway speeds in a car
Hello, Could you please help with an issue that I'm having. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck(C5-C6 and C6-C7 measuring around 7 mm), and symptoms like weakness/tiredness in both arms and shoulders, ringing in both ears and slight feeling of bobbllehead. The doctors that I have seen could not explain why I'm having these symptoms on both sides, since my herniations are pushing to one side only(left), which made me worried so I did research online and found about the upper cervical instability. This got me really worried, so I went ahead and self-referred myself to upright cervical MRI and also DMX x-ray. Both of these studies did not reveal any instability. Being a hypochondriac person, I'm still worried about these symptoms, and I've read in an article online that one might need special MRI examinations to fully diagnose ligamentous problems in the upper neck, like ones utilizing high resolution proton density scanning using head(not neck) coil. My question is, would the tests that I have already had have ruled out completely ligament issues in my upper neck, or it's possible that additional tests might be required? Thanks so much in advance!
Hi joshlionbjj, Thank you for the question. We do not have specific referrals for outside of our office, especially if we have not seen the patient for an exam and to review their case. We try to put out information about our techniques, research, experience, etc to help people understand Prolotherapy or how it might be a consideration for various conditions, but it does not go across the board for all Prolotherapists, just like with any medical specialty. We just do not know everyone who practices or what types of cases their office can handle, etc. Our office tends to take on a lot of referred cases that other offices cannot handle, especially with regard to the spine. However, there are a lot of Prolotherapists who can take on straightforward pain cases just great, and we are always happy and encouraged by hearing of people's success with Prolotherapy wherever they were treated! All we can really suggest is to speak in detail with the team and/or provider who you are considering seeing about your condition and see if you feel that is a good fit for your case. We wish you all the best in healing!
With cervical instability, there is almost always other things going on... such as disc herniations, cervical spinal stenosis, DDD, etc. It would seem that treating the original condition would help the instability. I have several cervical spine issues and have went to a new neurologist for a 2cd opinion. I am waiting on CT scan and MRI results. During the reflex/ neuro exams, I had a positive pronator drift - I have NOT had a stroke ( my doctors confirmed this) but all this is freaking me out! I am 59 and active and health- conscious.
Sorry to hear that, Amaris. :( Feel free to reach out to us directly if you want our specialists to take a look at your case. Wish you all the best in getting to the bottom of it!
Glad to be of help as you try to get to the bottom of why you are having these symptoms and possible treatment options. I suspect I have EDS so i started doing some glute + core work. For whatever reason my left side is a lot weaker and instable. My left glute violently shakes and my left ankle has always had less range of motion. Anyways, I ran and felt really good, no lower back discomfort at all. I ran for 40 minutes at about a 11 minute mile average. Toward the end of my workout I kept increasing the speed, at the very end I was at a 6:20 pace and the run felt really good, I was very springy. My legs felt so strong but my heart rate was peaking at 205bpm. I can usually tell when my heart is asking to stop because my stomach starts to feel like it's shrinking tightly. Anyways, so post workout for that whole day I felt really good. I still felt like I had energy and basically stood up all night on my computer. I slept at 9am after being up for 24 hours and when I woke up at 4pm, I felt like I got sick somehow. I got a sore throat, felt like my allergies came back, and my upper neck felt pressure. I beleive I increased stability in my hips and it allowed me to push to a higher capacity that what my next weak link was, my neck. I usually get pain in my low back or left hip joint but now all of the pain has been on my neck. Ive had flu-like symptoms, runny noise (only when I look down), sensitivity to light/sound, a constant need to readjust my neck. Teary eyes, 1 nostril open at a time. I went to my sports doctor and I mentioned my hypermobility, he testing my hip with internal rotation and said that i almost had double the rom. They're looking for doctors now for me alongside a cardio doctor in regards to my pots symptoms. I wonder if there is nerve damage in my spine, I struggle more activating muscles on that side.
Wow - thanks for sharing part of your story! It is awesome that you are having more stability. If you find that you can travel here to FL we would love to help you get a diagnosis!
What would you suggest to do first if you have dislocations on cervical, vertigo and instability ? Chiropractic to get aligned and then prolo or would Prolotheraphy naturally align the cervical spine?
Hi Jc Sampayo, We would suggest coming in for a consultation, physical exam, and Digital Motion X-ray to see the cervical spine in motion and get a clearer idea of what you are dealing with and the extent of the instability causing these symptoms and spinal degeneration. These will help create the best treatment plan, including if the neck needs to be stabilized and when it can handle various forces, including adjustments. In addition, we can address any bad curvature issues that may be happening, depending on how bad of a condition the spine is currently in. Please feel free to email us directly to discuss your case privately: info@caringmedical.com.
When you mentioned ear issues and ENTs .. it is possible for the symptoms to arise at certain times ? I have issue with my ears/neck/head, but it is not a consistent problem. It happens for 2-3 months at a time. ENTs have said there’s seems to be nothing wrong with my ears but the overwhelming feeling of pressure in my head and ears in so severe.
If you don't go to the doctor on time you will suffer from it more regularly. So, I believe your symptoms are only beginning. I hope you are doing good.
I only just found this now and i've been sitting here crying for like 10 minutes because this suddenly makes so much sense. I've been fighting this war all my life not feeling like anyone would listen and this gave me so much hope. Please keep up the good work you guys.

I have all the same symptoms. Also difficulty driving. Especially on the highway. It's horrible.

Love this channel, you are one of the only ones who discusses upper, c1 and c2, instability issues. After 8 months, and my ortho telling workers comp 'I dont know what to do with him', I had DMX done and it showed 4mm of c1 movement to the left on side bend.
How did your MRI turn out ? Gadolinium toxicity is a real B. It has helped to disable me.
@@williamchiafos3889 I’m having a Cone Beam CT scan now, so I’m not sure if it uses a contrast medium
@@jw3505 no. It uses iodine and usually a product named Omnipaque. Most people usually tolerate it ok, but some still report side effects.

Oh my God this could actually finally explain my symptoms!
Me too. If only I could afford to fix it.
I have had balance issues, dizziness, palpitations, digestive issues, swallowing problems, parasthesias etc. Always hot brushed off by doctors as anxiety its disabled me to the point where i cant work im now looking back at old pictures over the last ten years and my god my head posture is terrible, never realized how much problems it could cause
What was your treatment?
@@zambrocca That's awesome!! Did you stop having seizures or are you getting your neck fixed right now?

Is there anywhere near Delaware to be diagnosed/treated for this??

And what about internal tremors in the legs / restlessness / insomnia after exercise -- again similar to post-concussive syndrome. Or are these more likely from an actual brain injury (after a fall hitting head and whipping neck)?
Doc. do yui have like that in the Philippines??
Does anyone know if there is a way to treat this without prolotherapy?
The thing with instability is it is degenerative, meaning it will continue to worsen over time if nothing is done about it. Curve correction, lifestyle changes, etc can definitely slow the process down but regeneration needs to happen for healing to occur with damaged ligaments.
Does anybody know of a practitioner in the UK providing this sort of treatment?
Hi, you put out some very interesting videos
I just have a question,,,,Been an athlete my whole life, was rear ended 2yrs ago,,car totaled,,,,,,,MRI shows c3 and c4 central posterior disk herniation effacing the ventral thecal sac and elevating the posterial longitundal ligament with mild spinal cord deformity and mild stenosis to 1cm, there is no neural foraminal narrowing,,,,it says the same thing for c6 -c7,,,I have no pain, or tingling down my extreminities, but have head , face and jaw pressure and tension, all the muslces in my body are very tight, I feel off balance when I walk and feel like I cant control my limbs at times,,,,my stomach Is horibley bloated and I feel like I cant breathe properly,,,,,all medical tests come back normal, as well as mris of brain and abdomen
I have used alcohol and benzos everyday for years, I have stopped all meds and alcohol 1.5yrs ago and my body is pulling tight all over and all of this got worse when I stopped benzos
I am wondering If I have cervial instability as well as vagal nerve issues,,,I have tension, fear and anxiety like never before
What do you make of no pain or tingling, but pressure in head face and jaw and abdomen with strong muscle tension?
TY for all your work
What is the treatment please?
hi mehdi khemiri, Thank you for your question.

Which type of prolotherapy injections does your office most recommend for a patient with cervical instability induced by a hyperextension neck injury?
where can I get treated for this in Cincinnati Ohio?
Is this treatment available in New York city?
You may have already checked out some of our other newer videos on cervical instability, and this one about botulinum toxin injections which you may relate to th-cam.com/video/e9OJkYgxTw4/w-d-xo.html
If you have not been properly tested for cervical instability and would like to see if you are a good candidate for our testing and treatment center in Fort Myers, feel free to reach out to our team for an in-depth case analysis. www.caringmedical.com/conditions/prolotherapy-neck-pain-cervical-instability/
We wish you all the best in health and getting to the bottom of your symptoms so you can move on with your life! Take care for now.
Same experience ive been going thru since last yr.
I’m 32 and I have it all for a few years now! Omg
Thank you for your video you guys did great explaining the estability I have all the system I have cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis I need help with all this but any was great job guys sound likes people that really want to help people 👍👍
Can CCI be fatal? And how to fix if not access to prolotherapy? Thank you
I really need your help.
How can you administer prolotherapy to the transverse and alar ligaments? i didn't think these were accessible (at least posteriorly)
I have so many symptoms for this. So crazy. I so don’t want to have surgery like they say I need.
what type of doctor would I have to go see for to get these treatments?
Hello Dr, can you recommend any Dr in your field in San Diego, CA?
Can an adjustment at chiro cause this?
Hi cah 331, Yes it can. Adjustments by the person self-manipulating their own joints, or having a high velocity adjustment by a chiropractor or other provider can lead to instability.
Hello can my ganglions get damage if I get braces adjustment during upper cervical care ?
When will you start accepting insurance?
Dear sir
I had a mri of c1-45degree rotation to right side.lts badly affected my posture and ability to move side to side.
Hi dr. Hauser! Can you get upper cervical instability from wearing braces (orthodontic treatment)?
If you feel that you would like our specialist's opinion on your case and to see if you sound like a good candidate for DMX and Prolotherapy, feel free to reach out to us directly through our website where we have a more detailed symptom and case intake form along with being able to upload imaging reports.
We have a nautilus machine at the gym called the 4 way neck. What can be said about that?
If traveling to Florida was ever an option for you, please know that we'd be happy to review your symptoms and medical history in more detail, and maybe a teleconference would be a good option to start too: www.caringmedical.com/conditions/prolotherapy-neck-pain-cervical-instability/#get-help-now You can upload any pertinent medical reports here as well. If travel is not an option, we understand and wish you the best in your search. Take good care, Ronald. Hope we can help you soon!
I have been dealing with dizziness, ringing in the left ear and and extreme motion sickness which brings on severe anxiety after many hours of highway speeds in a car
Same here and I get facial nerve n head sensation too
Is this something that can happen with juvenile schueurmann's disease? I have some of these symptoms. Mri found it on my spine up at neck.
How do I get in touch with this program
Hello,
Could you please help with an issue that I'm having.
Did you find your answer because I’m wondering the same
Please tell me where to go in California! Please
I'm suffering so bad with this.
Sorry to hear that, Amaris. :( Feel free to reach out to us directly if you want our specialists to take a look at your case. Wish you all the best in getting to the bottom of it!
This treatment is considered experimental by my insurance, and the medical policy states it is a high risk treatment.
Can you speak to this?
Oh God i am so greatful for finding this. Then my doctor have to believe me, because he always think is my mind that i am fine
Glad to be of help as you try to get to the bottom of why you are having these symptoms and possible treatment options. If you feel that you would like our opinion on your case and possibly be seen in our Florida center, you are welcome to reach out to us directly. We wish you all the best in health!
Is braim fog a symptom?

What would be the main reason or reasons for using PRP vrs Prolotherapy(glucose) to treat upper cervical ligament laxity? Thanks
I’ve been experiencing the same thing along with brain fog neck pains ..EVERYTHING! and mine come and go as well.
If you don't go to the doctor on time you will suffer from it more regularly. So, I believe your symptoms are only beginning. I hope you are doing good.
