You clearly know Navara's being a speciallist for many years and taking on a job like that, Still going through your channel as I own a Navara D40 57 Plate Aventura Genuine 69000 miles and love driving it so want to look after it which is why i subbed after having engine issues such as lack of power pulling away then it drives fine, put your foot down no power' hesitation then fine gradually harder to start then refusing to start altogether, A few of your vids later i replaced the fuel filter being a servicable part and now good as new, suc valve was a consideration as well as mass air flow sensor etc as i was convinced it was a fuel supply issue.

Quick question, I've got a 2013 D40 Navara St Manual (Thai built) no DPF, got 270k on the clock. It goes into limp mode about 3 times a year. Happens just after start up but with no warning lights. The only engine issue I have had is once I got a bug in the diesel which was sorted with a tank clean, fuel lines flush and filter replacement. (this was about 18 months ago) Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello Shane! have a navara D40 2008 spanish made , and I have a problem with the air conditioner heater. The problem is that at the end of the aluminium pipe there are two hoses that joins somewhere on the engine but I cannot find where in the manual they join. Would that be possible for you to help me on this? Thanking you in advance. I had added the Heater and Cooling drawing but didn't upload.
I have a Nissan navara 15 plate which is struggling to idle when cold. I've read about limp mode and had a diagnosis on it but it's coming up with no fault. Once the machine is running and warm its fine, no problem. Its only an issue when it's cold in the morning. I've changed the suction value and the pump, also once I changed the CAM sensory ot worked fine for a few months but has started doing it again. Any advice would be great!
Give Suzanne a call on 01274 640028 she will guide you on how not to get ripped off by rubbish mechanic she gets a buzz out of helping out but sounds like chain to me cheers Des

this is my car charged £450 it add proper part on filter changed he add it 4 months and car still runs same when droped of so what a load of crap what he needs to do is pay money back for a job he as not done
Matthessw Broadhead sadly in your case it was not a quick fix like we first thought all parts had been fitted that we can provide evidence sometimes you have to think of the customer and what they can afford we could have kept putting parts on your motor until we found the fault but as you stated you was not happy with the amount you had already paid £80 was all we had the rest was parts so instead of going on social network call me tomorrow and I can advice you best way forward buddy

Thanks for the useful videos you post, people must appreciate you cant make a silk purse out of a pigs ear as it gets very costly. Audi can charge up to 6k for a single R8 headlight, and 15k for a set of carbon brakes yes thats not a typo 6 an 15k!!, they wouldnt clean the ashtray for 450
