Her face after they took her out of that jail struck me 😢 I have sympathy for you. We all made dumb decisions at 21 but unfortunately for her she made a grave one that costed her many years in prison. Sad on both ends. Sending my condolences to the victims 💐

So many losses. The officers, the other guy, her, and now her child growing up without a present mother. Crazy
She more than likely got pregnant out of desperation. She knew this was 100% going to be her only child.
That was really selfish to have a baby knowing you’re not going to be in his/her life
It’s a shame she’s from my area. However, she has to face the consequences of her actions. She killed 3 people at the end of the day and she guilty she had no chance if she went to trial. It’s unfortunate for all parties involved and their families.

I also know they’re letting her stay outta jail until she has the baby & I can count back 10months & figure out the estimated conception. Side story about one of the officers . I’m super surprised he let her go because I had a terrible encounter with one of them, that made me have a terrible 2018. Crazy thing is I’m not even against cops but I would never forget his name. Anyways, this whole situation is to tragic, I wouldn’t wish this on my worse enemy.

They let her go because by law if someone is reported walking on the highway you have to get them off. It’s the same when PO receive certain phone calls through dispatch, if a DV comes in the same time as another call in certain states DV calls take priority.

The fact that she got a bail was crazy in itself. Then this chick was out for a year and had the nerve to still have been posting a bunch of drinking pics and videos on social media after being drunk & killing 2 people is insane! I have no sympathy for this girl

The posting was before this incident happened. She wasnt driving around after all 3 people died after she hit them. Her license was revoked and her family fought for her bail for her to be home. When she came home she wasn't allowed to drive. You didn't listen to what the video said. I know her and her family. She made a grave mistake that damaged 4 different families lives. She wasn't a bad person and never got in any trouble but this is what she is known for unfortunately. She was only 21 when this incident happened. 🙏🏽 🙏🏽
@eagles4lifePHILLY she knew how to pop that stuff on the net. I'm not defending foolery. We all do dumb shit at a young age but killing someone is beyond dumb. And dont blame drinking because aint enough drinks in the world to have you get pulled over then proceed to take off while texting eventually hitting people. That malice was in her heart the whole time. The same way some people get drunk and are chill and funny...and some people get drunk and do evil shit... all drinking does is show your true self. True intent.
Id have more sympathy if she passed out completely. But the fact she stopped and pulled over shows she has some kinda idea of what was going on.

When you think about it if the cops were never called to the bridge then jayana would have likely been arrested for dui and reckless driving and ALL THREE would still be alive, however she also would still have the chance to continue her behaviour and potentially kill someone else. The decision to do that ultimately cost them their lives, and of course above everything, shorty drinking and driving, so all parties involved played a part in their demise.

I thought she was going to get a better deal. The State Troopers are the ones that let her go after pulling her over while she was intoxicated. It's not like it was an intentional murder. It was an accident. So why 60 years?
She should appeal her sentence and get 5-10 years.

The test came when she was arrested not initially stopped, they gave her a warning and they proceeded to the other call of a pedestrian on the highway which took precedence at the time of course!
*Also in Philly they would have towed the car if they were taking her keys(if they could even get them) they not just taking ur keys & leaving u with a car during a traffic stop.

Example PA state police or constables will pull you over in Philly for a tail light broken & paper tag. You are getting fined & prolly walking..."You might say, 'Philly cops never pulled me over for the same thing. " They will say "Im not Philly police & you are breaking Pennsylvanian law & we enforce it to the max. The city lack of enforcement DONT overseer the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. "

Its tough man if your cop cars our on the right shoulder all lit up but the cops are on foot along the barrier at night... I mean drunk or not it's what your supposed to do move to the other lane away from the cop cars with their lights on but not expecting people to be walking on I-95 center lanes/barrier.. It's tragic all the way around, I can't help but think that could have happened to anybody that's moving over from what looks like a standard stop. Nobody's ever on foot there. Sad man for all involved she had no malice. Drunk or not that doesn't happen if dude doesn't hop out of his car and start walking down center of 95. There are state laws in place that troopers have to take. I personally know this but no need to state why. If someone is walking on the highway you have to remove them. The same as in certain states DV calls get priority when they come through dispatch. It’s unfortunate that they couldn’t call from back up but the reason why they were in the same vehicle was probably because one was training. PA troopers normally don’t have partners unless one is training.
What about the pedestrian he is also a victim and deserve just as much attention as the troopers but rip to all

A horrific tragedy. When I was in Highschool, it was nighttime and I went to pick my Mom,at the Bingo parlor. It was a four lane street,and close to a highway, ppl sped,over the speed limit.I noticed a man walking in the street,he looked drunk. There weren't any cellphones back,then so I was gonna call cops from a McDonald's. But, that's when he got hit by a speeding car that didn't stop. My Mom & I saw his body flying up in the air. I drove back, put my emergency lights on,used my car to shield him from getting hit again. The hit, literally knocked him out of his shoes.He was tall,but after getting hit,his body looked small and crumpled.My Mom and I waited for EMS and Cops,we said a Prayer for Him. I will never, forget the sound of him, getting hit, I will never forget,his shoes in the street...💔 Deepest sympathy to the Victims family. The speed she was going,was twice as fast,as the driver who killed the man we saw...😢Please don't Drink and Drive, your car is a weapon that can cause a lot of damage.

She was well over the level of intoxication and not only was that the issue when she was initially pulled over prior to hitting the officers she tweeted something laughing about being drunk and driving, getting pulled over and being let go.
