“Everybody Loves Raymond” will always have a very special place in my heart. 2 years ago, I had a spinal fusion done that had some unexpected complications so we ended up staying a little over a month. Terrible stay, plus I was missing my softmore year of HS. But every night, I would put all my crap aside, dim the lights, put on their cozy warm blankets, and watch an hour of ELR each night. It was the only good thing about that stay. I got to laugh my butt off with my mom, and go to sleep with a smile on my face.. I looked forward to my hour of Raymond every night since, and still watch about an hour a night at my house. ELR is more than a show to me, it was a medicine after a terrible experience.. thank you ELR for giving me a light at the end of a storm, memories, laughs. Thank you, mom for standing by me through such a terrible experience❤️
I actually think the canister is the funniest one on this list. When Ray says, “I just like this jacket. It’s bitchin’.”

One of the funniest scenes for me is from the “Tissues” episode … where Ray sets the kitchen on fire 😂

Also top moments- Debra repeatedly dropping the turkey on the kitchen floor, Ray screaming about Robert's date eating a fly and then Robert leaving her apartment through the window, Marie sabotaging Debra's cooking by giving her a bottle of spices with a fake label, and Marie walking in on Robert and Amy knocking boots.
This show does not get enough respect!! It was revolutionary in changing up the "Family sitcom" genre by focusing more on the parents than the children. It also created the careers of Ray Romano, Brad Garrett, Patricia Heaton, & even guest star, Kevin James, while also breathing new life in older actors like Peter Boyle and Doris Roberts! It's up there with Seinfeld, Friends, Family Matters, Modern Family, etc.
Also Best "Frank and Marie" moment is the "Trophy Wife" clip!! xD xD xD
The suitcase is my all time favourite episode. Every moment is timeless and hilarious 😂

One of my favourite moments is when Ray, Deb, Robert and Amy find out Frank and Marie are moving and do a happy dance in the kitchen.

One funny moment from this show that did not make the list was the scene after Robert gets caught smoking cigarettes with Amy's mom and takes the fall for Amy's mom.

And her mom tells her husband, "I think you may be the reason I smoke." That is not funny out of context but the way the line is delivered, by the holier-than-thou Pat, played by Georgia Engel. ohmylanta. Whomever said the entire cast is brilliant is not wrong.
My favorite is Robert coming in the door to confront Marie about his FBI interview 😂
My favorites are "Bad Moon Rising", the one when Marie ruins Roberts FBI interview, and when Debra and Robert go swing dancing. There's also a touching scene when Frank wipes away Maries night cream. Love this show.
She ate the fly is my top fave, anyday! I luv all Robert's dancing. And anything with the oldies in it!

My favorite moment didn’t make it lol it’s when Marie and frank say they are moving out and Robert puts Amy on top of the fridge then ray tries to do the same to Debra but slams her into it instead😂

ELR is my favorite comedy that has ever been on tv. So simple yet so outrageously effective and hilarious. An outstanding show that I miss seeing new episodes of. ❤️❤️❤️
The secondary storyline in the suitcase episode is one of my top favorites as well with Marie explaining the "terrible argument" she and Frank originally had over the giant fork and spoon on the wall!! Hahaha!

When Ray starting telling Debbie about having second thought she says in exasperation, “If you’re getting cold feet, go get a pair of socks!” Then just before he walks down the aisle, she sends him something-a pair of socks. And, well, what happens after that has to be seen.

One of the best sitcoms! It's a show I can watch over and over! You should do a top 10 list of Frank's best one liner's
It would just be ten lines of, "Holy crap!" Just kidding! I like: "What contest in hell did I win?" "What in hell's bathroom is that?" And where he threatens to bring the toilet into the livingroom, bc Marie says he can't have a TV in the bathroom.
I have seen it probably 15 times. But the Cruising with Marie episode when Ray says "Oh good, skeet shooting. I'd like to sign up as SKEET." I still nearly hurt myself laughing!! SO perfect!! Love this show...thanks for all of it, Ray. 👏😊👏😊❤
It's not possible to pick just ONE. The snack meltdown, Angry Family, the one where Debra drops the turkey, Good Girls, all classics that I watch over and over🤣

One of my favorite shows growing up! I’ve seen every episode multiple times!
I have the series on DVD and I binge-watch all 9 seasons at least once a year. I know pretty much every episode by heart by now. One of the best sitcoms ever made. Sad to think a lot of cast members are now gone.
This show will forever be funny. Love the chemistry of the cast. Some of my favourite moments include when Frank and Marie imitate Ray and Debra at Lee and Stan’s anniversary, when Robert dates a younger woman, Ray’s poem to Debra - ‘Debra’s ears’ and when cousin Gerard helps Ray out- ‘right now’ - great show!!!

Omg no! You forget when Marie tapes a label over the spice so Debra’s (whatever they were making) wouldn’t turn out right. Debra is screaming, “Well who’s the nutjob now, Ray?” I think y’all are going to have to do part 2.

I used to love this show so much as a kid. Now that I’m an adult some episodes actually give me anxiety, especially when the family yells at each other 😖
According to the show runner, 95% of the show had roots in the real life experiences of himself, Ray Romano and the other writers. That's one of the reasons I admire it so much.

Three other episodes that are hilarious are the one with the tofu turkey, the one when Marie purposely gives Deborah the wrong ingredients so her meatballs will not taste the same, and the one when Ray catches Frank petting the bunny. I consistently use the line, "Are you NEW?" from the bunny episode.

The family at the hospital with Robert in the bed telling the story about the bull chasing him....then the mom asks "did you he get away?" That was one of the funniest lines in the show.

Another hilarious moment that didn't make the list was when Officer Timmy (Robert's puppet) went off on the whole family and Frank was going to fight it! 😂😂

Everytime Ray manipulates his sexual relationship with Deb was great too. From exploiting Deb's angry sex by keeping her angry with his mom to trying to take back the power by turning her down 😂
Favorite is the when Deborah wants to go dancing with Raymond and she takes Robert instead the episode is called dancing with Deborah. Hilarious.
I'm more than confused why reruns of this show are not on locally. They used to be quite a bit but the last ten years they're gone. This show rocks every episode.
