I like how much this scene does to establish right off the bat how casually intimate they've become. Crowley cuts right to the chase and is able to see throughout the conversation how uncomfortable Aziraphale is. And despite how tight Crowley is clearly wound up, you can just barely catch his face softening when he says, "This is your 'something's wrong' voice," and he's noticeably gentle with Aziraphale as he tries to draw the answers out of him. As they head over to the bookshop together, Crowley grabs the door on the way out of the coffee shop, they fall into step side by side so naturally, Aziraphale hands Crowley his Eccles cakes, and then holds the door for HIM on the way into the bookshop. And it all just feels so smooth and in sync. I also do think that Nina's comment about the "naked man" and the way Aziraphale reacts to it is interesting. Unlike some fans, I don't particularly read Crowley's reaction as jealous --- more just, "I genuinely wasn't expecting to hear that and now I really need to know what the heck is going on." Mainly because I don't think Crowley for a second actually believes Aziraphale is sleeping with someone lol (I just don't get the sense that Aziraphale has expressed interest in anyone). Aziraphale, however, does appear to fully understand what Nina is making it sound like and is embarrassed by it --- even putting his head down and glancing at Crowley sheepishly like he has something to be guilty about. Meaning he obviously cares about Crowley's perception of him and doesn't WANT him thinking he's having naked men in his bookshop lol. I've always been pretty chill with people's different interpretations of Crowley and Aziraphale's love story and their approach to sex or lack thereof. But this moment in particular really gets me thinking about what their relationship means to Aziraphale at this point and just how self-aware he is. I mean, he's clearly interested in them sharing the things that are important to them like the bookshop and the Bentley, AND he puts together a ball in which the first thing he wants to do is dance with Crowley (fully knowing that's a romance novel trope he's using to get Maggie and Nina together). But at the same time, when Crowley kisses him at the end, he reacts like he's completely unfamiliar with physical intimacy. Makes me wonder if that is genuinely something that he wants and just has never asked for it, or if he was never really conscious of the possibility until that kiss.
Crowley was probably thinking that the, "naked man", was Aziraphale 1. Tossing heaven so far he had a one night stand, and 2. The "naked man" would not leave after the one night so his jealousy was sitting here like, "muhahaha! I shall take my anger out like this!" Love protective Crowley 🤣🤣
Good call, that did not occur to me. I thought he was trying to work things out, and maybe jealous, but not that he thought there was someone who wouldn't leave..
@ericamacs3875 well, he did ask, "is it something I can help you with", so knowing Crowley, knowing Aziraphale, who struggles to put his foot down, he probably figured that he couldn't get them to leave, and Crowley being the loving demon that they are, couldn't have a distressed angel.
You're an angel for posting these clips 😇. Any possibility of uploading the scene (referenced 1:36) of Maggie sending Aziraphale the note to discuss being unable to pay the rent and Aziraphale forgiving her in exchange for the Shostakovich records Maggie got in for him?
The look of utter cold-sweat panic on Aziraphale's face when the naked man-friend is mentioned is just priceless.
I love how jelous crowley got😂
Fr 💀
Saaaame😂
1:32 i love how he opens the door for him HAHA for a demon, he's such a gentleman
Omg good catch I didn’t see that the first time!! So cute 🥰
Oh my god! It’s so subtle cuz he’s not in focus and in shadow!!! So cute!

Queen playing in the background.
Bohemian rhapsody in the background is just chefs kiss
Yeah I hadn't realize the first time.
Sounds sublime
1:09 you can hear the jealousy 😂
How can I just noticed Crowley opening the door for Zira 😂😢

@@fruitbat1895 yes, it makes sense. Although you'd be a bit worried if your one night stand was naked in the street lol.
@@ericamacs3875 very true
Okay but i lowkey want 6 shots of espresso now
Don’t do it lol
I've just noticed that on the background plays "Bohemian Rhapsody" :0
I'm glad Crowley can't get a caffeine overdose because that's right at the limit of how much caffeine you can have in a whole day...
They are adorable 🥺

Im sorry, is that a classical version of BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY IN THE BACKGROUND?!
I thought crowley only had alcohol, nothing else.
He's branching out. My headcanon is that, at the finale, he'll start trying foods too.
I just noticed they never paid for their order.
Does anyone smells anything burning?😂
Crowley's irritability is somewhat solved....
😂❤
Jelous anyone? 😂
