    It's an absolute pleasure to film these TH-cam videos, and I feel fortunate to receive an abundance of meaningful messages every week, but I am unfortunately faced with the disappointing reality of turning away the vast majority of people who want to work together.
    I have significantly limited availability and can only support twenty people per year because I do not offer one-off calls or drop-in consulting sessions.
    Twenty individuals might not sound like maximum capacity, but the last few years of teaching have taught me the importance of maintaining tight energetic boundaries if I want to keep uploading these free videos in addition to serving my current clients to the best of my ability in 2024.
    To minimise confusion and enhance transparency, I've spent several hours writing this ridiculously long comment to help you decide if my Inner Work Mentorship is the right choice for your development & what you could reasonably expect from working closely together.

    *READ BEFORE SCROLLING FURTHER:*
    I'm interested in long-term change and structural transformation, which is why I've never offered one-off sessions.
    Complex issues cannot be resolved in a few hours, but we likewise need to define an upper limit for containment and collaboration.
    I've learned that deep and enduring self-integration requires at least four months of immersive effort. Why four months? It's enough weekly contact for us to work through multiple complex issues and developmental possibilities, but short enough to mitigate against unconscious co-dependency and motivational stagnation.
    I'm currently accepting a maximum of two new clients per month - message me after reading the following section to check my availability.

    *HOW I WORK & WHO I WORK WITH*
    Unlike other coaches and teachers who take an understandably more relaxed approach to healing and integration, my mentorships are characteristically intense.
    This is a highly-demanding, high-investment process which requires our consistent combined effort over a period of four months.
    If we were to start working together, I would reasonably expect you to be excited to show up for a minimum of 10+ hours of self-motivated transformative practice per week (daily reading, fitness routine, creative exercises, spiritual reflection, etc.) while also maintaining full-sobriety (no drink, no drugs, no cigarettes, no vapes).
    These strict standards of discipline and sobriety are plainly unsuitable for most people in most situations - even genuinely motivated individuals who resonate with my TH-cam videos may not be the right match for four months of structured mentorship.
    If you want to get deeper, I've noticed that there's a certain type of ‘temperament' & 'timing’ to get the most out of me.
    I'm interested in alert, creative and purpose-driven individuals who aspire to exceptional standards of self-maturation and would enjoy the feeling of going through week-on-week of progressively stacked transformative experiences for a third of a year: my ideal client is somebody who is willing to bring forward their internal complexity with a sense of courage and transparency with the intention of nothing less than full-spectrum transformation & rapid acceleration on their personal path.
    I am yet to discover another supportive figure who offers something comparable to this mentorship: a four-month, structured yet flexible 1-1 container which is simultaneously therapeutic, academic and action-oriented; with primary focus placed on tangible improvements in your felt sense of self-knowledge and self-integration; in addition to making consistent and meaningful progress towards your unique goals and mentorship aspirations.
    I prioritise contact, compassion and accountability, which means that your work never really 'ends' at the end of your session. You can reasonably expect to be fed dozens of customised reading suggestions and follow-on perspectives outside of the formal sessions via friendly and informal messenger contact, where I am active and available four days per week to cultivate an intimate personal connection while likewise enhancing your positive momentum via accountability check-ins and additional support as required.
    By way of conclusion for what feels like an extraordinarily long comment and service description, I feel compelled to once more emphasise that working directly with me is unrealistic for most people in most situations.
    I often support people who are accustomed to wrestling with the emotional challenges associated with working through complex wounds in previous therapeutic relationships before we begin our coaching work together. Even individuals without 'hard trauma' can expect moments of pressurised darkness and heaviness during periods of shadow contact as you begin to restructure your personal unconscious. We will be exploring your psyche and soma at scale and depth, and it will be your responsibility to keep me informed about the emotional texture of your internal reality, especially if you encounter negatively charged experiences, and I will of course do everything in my power to support you through the hard times as we integrate the darkness and move forwards together.
    TH-cam is a wonderful place for me to share free research resources and offer accessible inner work invitations; my private mentorships, however, are the place for collaborative partnership and emotional security as we identify, navigate and restructure oftentimes confronting and challenging conscious and unconscious physical, emotional and mental material.
    Ultimately, this is a highly-demanding but highly-rewarding process which requires the best of our shared intentions.

    *SESSION STRUCTURE & FEES:*
    The total fee for an Inner Work Mentorship (including 12 x 2 hr sessions) is £7,400 GBP or approximately $9,400 USD. This is my only coaching programme, and my mentorship pricing is liable to adjustment over time.

    Each private session lasts two hours, and is facilitated via Telegram video call at an ideal time for both of us. Your mentorship extends over a linear four-month period, with a total of twenty-four hours of structured session time, in addition to four days per week of unlimited messenger availability for accountability updates, voice note exchanges and informal calls upon occasion. I do not work on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays, but I am fully-available across all timezones for regular calls and messenger contact on Thursday - Sunday.

    From an outside perspective; having compassion and love for someone, while choosing not to enable or participate in the harmful responses, reactions, and projections that CPTSD can trigger, is one of the most challenging and heartbreaking spaces I’ve ever occupied.

    Got 3 of those books actually recently, after I had a very deep awakening followed by a terrifying dark night of the soul where all the dissociated fear came rushing back in. Peter Levine's work is actually the FIRST that does make sense to me, after decades of talk therapy that did not get through to the root (since I was so disociated) It is quite a challenging read for me though, but I'm applying what I learn

    Been slowly reading through Complex PTSD for the past week or so. It's just page after page of gold. It just strikes to the core of the issue. After three years of reading and studying psychology and self-help, I've gained a lot of understanding and knowledge, but nothing quite hit the mark exactly for me to get actual actionable steps that worked. Would not have guessed I have PTSD, even less so Complex PTSD, but here we are finally getting somewhere. It's painful. It's hard. It's exhausting. But it's so worth it. I've been feeling greater than normal levels of dissociation the whole time since, which is quite annoying. Especially when it gets particularly bad. Something to bring up to my doc and therapist, but if anyone's got any good tips on that, I'm all ears.

    I have PTSD and complex PTSD. I've been processing it since i was 19 years old. All my 20's i processed my 5 siblings trauma so they wouldn't commit suicide from the trauma we all incurred. 5-6 years healing our trauma bonded bonds 🔗 we had between us 🔗 and from my mid 30's to early 40's on my really deep complex PTSD. Movimg out of London this year to be somewhere a little more quieter. 🌳🌲🪻⛲ Doing your inner work and healing your trauma on a non-stop constant vortex like London 🇬🇧 🌳 can kinda make your nervous system feel fried 🍤 🍳 .. Thank you Jordan for doing a video on Complex PTSD. This and anything on Somantic healing and Somantic therapy is so very welcomed, comimg from you and your inner work Library is just Great. I can't explain it ✨

    The point you made about not "poisoning" the body you need to feel belonging in really hit. Goes with the theme of self-respect being the truest form of self-love we can offer ourselves that you've discussed in great detail before. It's interesting how we recreate the "dangerous" world on the outside...inside of ourselves without knowing it. Maybe it helps us feel like the world isn't so dangerous if we become it, even if it's bad for us. Such a great video, Jordan. Really got me thinking. Thank you 🦋

    Jordan... What an amazing teacher you are. Wow...I found your channel a week ago and have been binge watching dozens of your videos. Outstanding. I used to read as you do but got sucked into the black hole of Ytube over the years. It has been helpful in several ways as I was lead to some very good information but as you teach it has become a massive distraction. I have been an addict for the last 10 years and fall into 6+ hours of mainly financial / metaphysical / health ect daily and dont read books when I use to read heaps. I am now shifting back to study blocks of daily reading.
    Thank you, thank you for all you are doing on the many topics you cover. I am deeply grateful for all the guidance and help you are sharing. If it is a part of your expertise it would be great to have your insight on OCD/intrusive thoughts and if that is linked to cptsd and trauma or more of a biological / nutrient imbalance.     I do not perceive anything you say as an attack. It is core direct, yes. But if one really wants to heal, that is what is required. I listen to your videos in small dosages, because they are so full of information, straight up direct infos, no BS...love it but sometimes I have to digest it slowly.     Hi Jordan. You asked for a more detailed question about CPTSD, and I would like to share my case.
    My parents lived together but barely interacted with each other, like strangers. But I appreciate love I get from both of them. I also grew up with three older sisters and it was quite traumatic. I very rarely felt like I belonged in the family, and this only grew stronger as I got older. No one has diagnosed me with CPTSD, but there are many symptoms that are characteristic of it, such as social phobia, feelings of disintegration, isolation and deep braifog. While felling anxiety even in everyday situations, I very often switch, forgetting what I did a moment ago.
    For the last year and a half I have been practicing bioenergetics every day. Currently studying beginner friendly works by Peter Levine and Schwarz. Next I plan to study more CPTSD-oriented literature. I don’t miss the fact that in the future I may need the help of a real specialist. I think I'm moving in the right direction, but maybe you'll find helpful to describe such case in a video.

    I feel really isolated, like I don't belong I have been bullied all my life, from childhood to university
    I have never been able to fit in anywhere and have never been able to make genuine friends. my health is really bad now and i'm unable to focus on work, though i try hard. My mind desperately wants me to escape reality, I have this weird desire to be invisible because I feel like people will always see me as a loser. there is something really wrong with me and I just don't know how to heal myself

    What would you say to a person struggling with healing the body part. Like when they know they want to quit drinking or smoking, but keep relapsing. Or struggling to have an exercise routine. I see this a lot, from the people I know, they say they wanna do it but seems like they're waiting for a stronger motivation

      Parts work & active imagination is very useful for finding the origin of some of these issues - it’s something I covered in the last video and frequently in the shadow work playlist. Try them both, and keep at it.

    Last night before bed i tried some inner work and invited my unconscious mind to communicate with me - what is it i need to know ? I looked inwards and lay still.Blurry images went by then a clear one that stayed.
    I was looking at a mountain top with a huge cross on the top of the mountain and behind it a beautiful sunset.I assumed wrong as i heard an inner voice say No its not a sunset - its a sunrise !
    I took the image of the cross to mean being crucified.I looked that word up online and it says this.
    Crucify · to put to death by nailing or binding the hands and feet to a cross. · to treat with gross injustice; persecute; torment; torture.
    All that fits perfectly as to what i am experiencing now in my life - gross injustices - and torment with a few certain unjust circumstances that seem to refuse to change.
    What do i do now ? any advice would be welcome.

      Keep repeating the practice and see how the images / story develops over 6-12 sessions. It’s about painting a wider narrative and seeing what wants to come through, but this of course takes patience. You’ve got a great base here, and persistence will show you more answers.     Thank you for this Jordan. I’m trying to figure out the human dynamics part because I freeze up when I’m having an emotional flashback with someone and will only address it long after or not at all. Is there a book that discusses communicating/handling conflict with cptsd specifically?
