PSE Full Throtle - such an awesome bow. I have mine set at #70 and I can shoot it at 100 yards. I'm not necessarily a great archer but it shoots so fast that I can shoot it longer than any bow I have shot yet.

Ive shot the OMEN AND FULL THROTTLE BOTH IN IBO competition for the last 6yrs , nothing better in my opinion i get 340fps @28.5" draw at 58# my scores have gone up top 5 /6yrs in a row.
The IBO speed, from what I understand, is taken with 350gr arrows, also no pip sight, and nothing on the strings and limbs that could slow down the arrow.
PSE full throttle shot all the way through with heavier arrow. Even though they all shot the same speed. It wins both ways. Even at the same speed it out performs the other 2.
Yes, they do not since PSE discontinued the OMEN Max line and replaced it with Full Throttle. Strange thing is that I have 80lbs Omen Max put down to 62lbs and with 380 grain arrow I got 284 fps... I use no peep sight though and I guess my release does some good job (TRU BALL BEAST).
Love Compounds! I'm strong guy with a draw length of 25" so I can out enough power with these that would require a draw length of 30+" with a recurve. Not a fan of rappid fire either, give me a a cannon of compound bow and I'm happy!
Not meaning to question anything at all, but a bow that has been turned down will not perform nearly as well as one maxed out on its limbs. Get that king cobra with 70 pound limbs maxed out and that would be a bit more of a better idea. Great review otherwise! Cheers.
Both great bows. More solid back wall on the RPM 360, never quite the speed I was hoping from it, still fast though, Safari is fast, but primarily due to being 85lbs. Safari feels like a work horse that would able to withstand abuse better than the RPM, which is still a sturdy bow.
Why not add MATHEWS - MCPHEARSON MONSTER XLR-8???????????? Dude, you need to learn how to use a chronograph - your way, way, way to close - the arrow is entering radar before it's completely off string, back up the industry standard of 10.5 feet.

So based on this, neither PSE will even come close to 350fps. Great review as it's showing real world numbers.

Bill Peirce yes, and you can get them pretty reasonably - truth be known I like bows with longer valleys
it didn't. they got the same speed. the pass-through could be because of target more worn out where that arrow hit.

How does the darton 3900 compare
are the PSE's poundage tunred down like the APA? Makes a diff if so. Not bad reveiw but not accurate if they are not all 80# turned down

obsession bows are fast too. 350 - 260fps at Ibo.
