    Anybody watching this, he did a great job, but you can save yourself a lot of time and work by buying Rough Country adjustable control arms, and their high-steer kit. The control arms take the place of punching out and using those cam bolts, plus they are A LOT stronger than stock. The steering kit takes the place of that drop pitman arm that you will eventually end up replacing anyway. Adds about $250 to the price of the kit, but for your time, it's well worth it.

    I'm getting a little stressed out ordered a rough country 4" lift for my Rubicon 2014 I had a terrific's 2" in With 35" iron man's On pro comp rims I like it it's nice but I decided on the foreign rough countryThey sent me my Box of shocks 1st.... I wish the brackets were to came 1st so I can get it jacked up and be ready to drop Springs and shocks In. But the Springs are also in the other Box Don't know why they can't put it all-in-one Box no Box especially when you're on a time thing and we're supposed to be headed to the white mountains of New Hampshire in 3 days to rock crawl I find your video very informative The other Box is supposed to show up todayHopefully I can boogie and get this thing done before Saturday. With you guiding me through the steps I've installed a lot of lifts on my vehicles almost everyone my oh is my 06 Cummings As a 6" with a 150 shot injectors edge power tuner And cold air intake But the price of diesel right now I really don't wanna rock crawl with that thank you brother For helping out with info on how to get things done sincerely sincerely the Baker family in Maine

    That’s not a 2005. It’s a 2007 or higher. That’s a jk body jeep. They didn’t stop making the TJs until 2006. 07 they went to that body.

      You don't absolutely need to, but at full flex it will be hitting your exhaust.

      To be completely honest, it’s been so long I don’t remember anything about putting this lift kit together. Everything I did was per the instruction manual. I think there was one thing I did that wasn’t necessary but it was up front somewhere. I remember grinding a tab off something that I didn’t need to. Other than that I just followed the book lol.

      @@SNOFLOFilms That makes more sense, because it's a JK. 2005 would be a TJ.

      I’m looking at the same 4” rough Country kit? Have you had any issues with this kit? Anything not included in the kit I would need to add?

      @SNOFLOFilms  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jordan Woodward oh man I believe they were 35” tires on 17” wheels. I’m not 100% sure though.
