I'm so ready for my Jeep back its a 2017 at the dealership having this very lift installed... Hope the tech is as good as this guy at his prep work, welds, and paint. Can't wait to go to Moab!!!!

I really wish you offered a lift kit for the Wrangler YJ. My buddy put one of your kits on his JK and wow just amazing, it was like riding on clouds!!!!!!
I sold my jeep because I couldn't afford these upgrades, so I got a Challenger R/T instead. But now I want a Supercharger so I am not saving any money. But at least it fits in my garage.
My wife is 5 foot 5 and complains that if I lift my Wrangler she wont be able to get in.
I think I need a new wife!
Weld through primer & good ventilation is your friend.
Copper based primer produces less toxic gasses during the welding process & seals better than zinc based primer after it cools.

Here is a very random question. Would this kit work with an added second 20 gallon gas tank next to the rear bumper like a GenRight secondary tank? I am looking for ideas for a fantastic over-landing option with another reserve gas tank that fits this type of lift kit. I already know I have to do a custom exhaust job for this extra gas tank, I just need to know if this lift is compatible.
Hey I'm wanting to get my truck lifted but I'm worried about the excess wear and tear it might have on my truck what kind of problems could/will come from getting it lifted?
what do you do if you want an aftermarket cat-back exhaust?
do Teraflex have a garage ore can you do the job? I thinking of DOT and MOT to get it registered. if I import a Jeep from America it must be installed bye a certify company and all papers must be in order.

+Kevin Giang MIG is more common and is what is being shown in the video, but TIG is an option if you wanted to.
Doesn't all this welding and plasma cutting change the heat treating of the metal?
+Cooldibs It wont weaken the frame, if that's what you're wondering. The brackets reinforce and strengthen the frame as well.

A semi-empty gas tank is more dangerous than a full one, as there are more vapors inside, vapors is what cause explosion and fires. When welding, always keep a fire extinguisher handy and have an emergency plan ready, use safety equipment and make wise decisions.
They say semi empty as the tank needs to be removed to gain access to complete the cutting and welding. Removing an empty tank is easier than removing a full tank.
And it's going to take 3 days of penetrating fluid soaking bolts to change my shocks on a 98 Ram 1500 in salt country.
Plasma cutter is a awsome tool to have for this project
Any drive shafts modifications
At 4" you are getting close to needing new longer driveshafts like our new Rzeppa drivelines. But we have also had great luck with installing the high angle rzeppa joints on 3 out of the 4 joints. Call us anytime 801-713-3314
