Yes finally an episode on goblins! My one and only tribe for every format! (Modern, Pioneer, Highlander, Commander, Pauper and new to my collection Legacy Goblins).
Squee, the Immortal is a large setup general that's there to spam ETB triggers, Impact Tremors style. Lower the cost with a Warchief, Ruby Medallion, and especially Hazoret's Monument. Run mana doublers like Extraplanar Lens, Gauntlet of Power, and Caged Sun. And the good color sac outlets: Phyrexian Altar, Thermopod, and Skirk Prospector. The deck contains things along lines of Molten Echoes, Flameshadow Conjuring, Genesis Chamber, Mirror March, Skullclamp, Birgi God of Storytelling, Vanquisher's Banner, Warstorm Surge, Puhphoros God of the Forge, Terror of the Peaks, Door of Destinies, Witty Roastmaster, Outpost Siege, Goblin Sharpshooter, Mana Echoes, Triskellion with Blade of the Bloodchief and Tarrian's Soulcleaver. He's genuinely just there as an engine piece for the rest of the deck, and when done right it catches people off guard.
From Gatherer, under rulings for Zoyowa: 11/10/2023 A permanent card is an artifact, battle, creature, enchantment, land, or planeswalker card. Tokens are not cards, and while tokens are put into the graveyard before ceasing to exist, that action doesn't count as a player having descended.
i think space family goblinson is underrated. a lot of dice rolling cards roll multiple for relatively low costs and you can have ways to increase the amount of dice you roll as well
I'm sorry but having toggo ahead of krark is an absolute atrocity. SAKISHIMA, SAKISHIMA is the partner of krark that has blue...and It's not just a CEDH deck. Both these commanders are popular in normal commander. Put them together with any half decent spell slinger shell and you have yourself an 8. Toggo is on the other end of the spectrum. Even with kodoma toggo offers so little to the deck besides letting you play additional lands at a point in the game where you could be doing so many other powerful things. Okay, rant over. I get that you all can't know everything about every goblin commander. It just bothered me.
Big agree. I'm pairing togo with thrasios but even then, it's thrasios and the rest of the deck that enables the player to get alot of rocks for spot removal.
Toggo paired with West Kodama was the combo you mentioned, and it's quite expensive. I get the throw rock, get land, get rock combo, but you'd need quite a few creatures to do so, and to get the synergy working long term, you'd need lots of basic lands to keep loading the rocks. West Kodama isn't partnered, so you'd have to 99 them and with the above prerequisites is highly susceptible to disruption or missing until late game, and if you did get West Kodama in your starting hand, it's competing with Toggo for Turn 2/3, the rocks themselves can't infinite in a turn and the mana you'd be getting from West Kodama needs Amulet of Vigor to use same turn. You can Partner East Kodama, but it's a 6 drop with no synergy with Toggo's free rocks. Hardly worth S tier, maybe high B.
Goro-Goro is one of my favorite commanders ever. It took me a while to get the deck where I like it, streanlining for all those extra costs was difficult.
1. Those are Kithkin on Wort's art, not weird looking goblins 2. Wort actually wants all the best ETB Goblins because you can utilize their effects repeatedly with a sac effect or sending them into combat to die. Find Goblin Matron ASAP and go wild. 1:06:33
Playing different Goblin decks all the time and maining Muxus I would definitly put him on S-tier :-D I constantly win 4 player games and stomp almost every 1on1. It's ability is a bit random but focused on goblins and support the deck only by the finest red staples it's so fast and strong and can recover so fast from a boardwipe. You kinda need to master the perfect timing for playing him tho
muxus is an S. shit goes crazy. when you build this it goes crazy. super crazy. i built it. you running all the goblins that do things and not just generic goblins. its disgusting with a cursed mirror a sack outlet and mana echoes. its over. put all the goblins in your deck on the battlefield.
Putting Muxus in B tier is a straight-up crime. Its hands down the second best mono red goblin commander behind Krenko, Mob Boss. You can use Kiki's ability, copy your commander, the ETB trigger goes on the stack, reveal more goblins, and they go straight onto the battlefield. Sure, the copy is sacked, but a chance just play an additional 6 goblins? Muxus is nuts and is definitely NOT a B Tier goblin. Seriously... Muxus' ability makes even the Ur Dragon seem like a whimp.
Pashalik is definitely B tier. I can't believe y'all were going back and forth between C and D. It's definitely better in the 99, but then again most commanders are. It's still a solid consistent source of damage and token generation. Grenzo DW is def. S tier. He is the most versatile apart from the partner commanders and can be built to be goblin heavy or lite. Having access to black opens up so many infinite combos and gives you the consistency to deal with adversity in situations where Krenko, Zada, and Mizix will fall flat.
I'm sorry what... Squee the immortal combos with a ham sandwich is what I say, I think in my deck I have that man cards that combo with it, it's not funny, the main goal is make Squee cheaper with something like hazorets monument, then sacrifice him to a phyrexians alter and have a card like commanders sphinx or the demi god that makes the saytor tokens, sacrifice the token and Squee then use the mana to bring Squee back, now you have infinite death and etb triggers, impact tremers, best part is all the combo pieces have other card like it that are also in the deck, phyrexians alter has the goblin the can sac other goblins, demi god has the phoenix or desecrated tomb, you have impact tremors, aetherflux for life gain, anything for storm count, so many cards combo with Squee it's not funny, not to mention any goblin tribal combo cards
Makes Squee cost less: Jhoira's Familiar Hazoret's Monument Deflier Of Instinct (Have Aetherflux or Dragons Claw out) Heralds Horn Makes extra Sacrifice for alter: Desecrated Tomb Skyfire Phoenix Anax, Hardened in the forge Sacrifice Cards for Squee (Make mana): Skirk Prospecter Phyrexian Altar Damage Outlets: Impact Tremors Hissing Iguanar Flayer of the hatebound Outpost Siege Warstorm Surge Pashalik Mons Pandemonium Storm Benifit cards: Runaway Steam-kin Aetherflux Reservoir Dragon's Claw Flamkin Herald Extra Sacrifice Outlets: Skullclamp Siege-Gang Commander Dark-Dweller Oracle Goblin Bombardment Dreamshaper Shaman The rest of the deck is ramp, Card draw and a small goblin tribal theme

Ovika should be included, turned my krenko deck into it.
What blue support did you run for this change? I keep looking at Ovika for a new build.
Wort, Boggart Auntie is very underrated with goblin tribal instants or likes of Twin Shot Sniper and Gempalm Incinerator.
And let's not forget the classics like Tarfire or changeling cards like nameless inversion!
I was surprised by the solid C, being able to sack and get goblins back seems good no?

You guys forgot Mind Goblin
He's not legendary
Who's Steve Jobs?

Non goblin, goblin commanders should be on this list, queen kayla bin kroog gobos is incredible

Been listening to alot of Nekrogoblikon and just got into mtg and thats what has me wanting to build a deck LOL

My blue green red krark deck is pretty powerful. If i copy a ramp spell early im pulling a lot of lands out of my deck
Yeah I had Kiki in my Gobo-risticrats deck originally, but they're way too expensive to play unless you're comboing off with them.
I love the backround
Gunna make some popcorn for this video ❤❤❤
Hi, can you add Eric's Krenko, Mob Boss commander deck list in the description please?
Muxus plays nice in the 99 of a Krenko Mob Boss deck that's where I run my copy of it and it's nice there
With Muxus my theory to the whole 5 mana restriction is that its to avoid maskwood-type shennanigans ?
I need Eric Krenko list! A true master should have a really fun deck
Muxus would be completely insane if it could put another Muxus on the battelfield. It is already a very strong deck in legacy.
with goro-goro, you only create one dragon no matter how many hits you get. it specifies one or more.
The best Goblin commander is Purphoros, God of the Forge.
muxus is an S. shit goes crazy. when you build this it goes crazy. super crazy. i built it. you running all the goblins that do things and not just generic goblins. its disgusting with a cursed mirror a sack outlet and mana echoes. its over. put all the goblins in your deck on the battlefield.
Daretti scrap savant ok?
Hey an idea for a video there's a new card, "Miriam, Herd Whisperer" that would make a good budget vehicles commander even for tiny leader too.

I'm from Vermont so that comment made me laugh

Am I the only one that thinks that Korvold is an unexpectingly good Goblin commander?
My Zo-zu deck is fun as! But when I say fun, I mean meannnnnn 😉 Worldfire, Thieves Auction and Manabarbs with lots of Land Pain/Group Slug and MLD❤
Link? I'd love to see it
So where is spice8rack?
That Gobbo is pantless! (the Ben-Ben debate)
I love goblins, this should be good

Ben Ben is using his 💩 to draw on the wall and he got caught
GAAAAWWWBBLINS!!!!
Krark is def the strongest on this list

Commanders phoenix not Sphinx
Makes Squee cost less:
Jhoira's Familiar
Hazoret's Monument
Deflier Of Instinct (Have Aetherflux or Dragons Claw out)
Heralds Horn
Makes extra Sacrifice for alter:
Desecrated Tomb
Skyfire Phoenix
Anax, Hardened in the forge
Sacrifice Cards for Squee (Make mana):
Skirk Prospecter
Phyrexian Altar
Damage Outlets:
Impact Tremors
Hissing Iguanar
Flayer of the hatebound
Outpost Siege
Warstorm Surge
Pashalik Mons
Pandemonium
Storm Benifit cards:
Runaway Steam-kin
Aetherflux Reservoir
Dragon's Claw
Flamkin Herald
Extra Sacrifice Outlets:
Skullclamp
Siege-Gang Commander
Dark-Dweller Oracle
Goblin Bombardment
Dreamshaper Shaman
The rest of the deck is ramp, Card draw and a small goblin tribal theme
sorry it is krark sakashima s teir 100%, totally broken!
Tokens go to the graveyard then disappear, so I’m pretty sure Zoyowa would trigger with tokens, which is insane
Only trigger with permanent cards. My friend made the same mistake
Tokens aren't cards, so descend does not trigger with tokens.
@@killbotgamma forgot it specifically says cards my fault
*laughs in tinstreet turn 4 win*
