Mines good for a 24 year old military veteran, but was dintrolled at birth and has many layers of your hated black mix as well as a few layers of LanoGuard to, so no rust but always a sticky mess to work on I’m afraid…
You are the cutting edge of the industry of Defender love. Total blood sweat and tears. Total admiration for all you do. As you might recall, I'm a decorator and l know what prep work is all about. Properly done is the foundation of success !!!
I honestly sit here every week excited for new episodes to come out! There is nothing like watching high quality content from the highest quality shop around ❤
You may want to check out a proper Dry Ice Machine. You don’t need shot or beads to remove the paint and Waxoyl, we can strip frames to metal quite easily with ice alone. Much less mess.
I noticed you were using cardboard templates to make the carpets on this 90, have you considered a 3D digitiser to take all these measurements, then print out markers ? That way you can hold a digital library or all the vehicles you do..
Hi Dave and the chaps! Love what you guys are doing, awesome fit and finish. My Defender is a 2014 TDCI, have you sussed out how to make it ULEZ compliant yet without doing an engine swap? I live inside the M25 and that pr*ck Khan is forcing me off the road. Kind regards Tony
How much of the chassis are you doing for £2k? Notice you'd left the front inner arches in place, would you be removing the fuel tank on a 110/130? Tell your trimmer that it's 'Houndstooth' btw, not 'Hoodstooth' 👍
The Porsche Green 90 ‘looks’ good, Aintree Green is more my cuppa. Just a quick Question, What hubs do you use with e AP Racing brake set-up? I hope overlander is getting the Discovery steering arm and sumo bar conversion, Those standard swan neck pitman arms are rubbish. £2k for a chassis blast and future proofing sounds like a good price to me…I’ll add it to my wish list for Santa. ❤ Mahker
Hi mate i have sent email to the firm with the lift of door hinges . A week ago and haven't had a reply . Do you have a contact number or can help in any way thanks
How crusty is your chassis? Be honest 🙃
A bit but not too bad for 13 years. And you are the team for the job at some point

What machine have you got ?
Looks like you deleted my comment, you need a machine with particle control and much higher pressure and flow. I use PCS60 coldjet and ICS 030.
@@R20Motorsportsthe machines that offer particle control are the ColdJet PCS60, ICS 030 & ICS 410S, correct?
@@Eferrari34 Those machines for sure have particle control which is cutting the ice by the machine, not the tip. Not sure if Karcher has anything.
Great attention to detail. You mentioned the Kent Primer and Toughcoat, may I ask, what do you recommend for inside the chassis rails?
@@srw_cricket2976 we use kent wax

Only the parts you can see, the rest will rot
