I felt that driver slam deep in my heart. I'm nowhere near as good at golf as you are. I'm a 12 hdcp who's really just learning about my golf swing. I was a very successful baseball player from 4-21 and at 31 I've learned I CAN be a good golfer. Friday afternoon I played my usual afternoon round and thought I was going to shoot in the 70s for the first time (I've shot 81 a number of times now). EVERYTHING was going my way. I was +5 going into the last 3 holes and just absolutely fucking blew it. I was sick to my stomach. I shot an 81 again and I should've been happy about it and I was just sick to my stomach. Great video bud, love watching you go through it and showing the emotion when it's needed. It shows you care about what you're doing. Edit: To clarify I wasn't condoning slamming your club, but more so talking about it afterwards.

Congrats Ben! Nice to see that you can play real tournament golf again. Having watched you play, you need more consistency in tee shots, better accuracy on your wedges in order to have shorter putts. Putting also needs improvement for the scoring. You probably know your weaknesses but you can be competitive and more consistent. Analyze more when you practice and less when you play...... First congrats Ben ! Well done on solid overall play. Ben - Question - 17 - You hit 2nd shot OB so minimal now you have a 3rd shot. But white stakes (OB) are 2 stroke penalties unless local rule modifications. Meaning you are lying 4 strokes for the hole. You hit on the next shot on the green for the 5th stroke. Then one putt - so why is it marked as a 5 instead of a 6? 29:01 (scorecard) Unless my understanding of white stakes is wrong but I have always been taught and told - Red and Yellow stakes are 1 stroke penalty areas if you take relief - same with hazards - otherwise play it as it lies.
