Excellent Basra Sahib. Wheat has lost its nutrition through industrialisation as have many other foods, it should be seen as toxic and addictive. I remember my elderly relations complaining about the flour from mills being bad for their digestion preferring handmilled homegrown wheat. Modern milling destroys the whole grain and we are lucky to get 40%. Giving up grain for 4 weeks has brought major changes, improving my joints ,muscles and stamina. I had been using vegetable-based proteins and avoiding meat to avoid muscle loss with age but Beef packs a major punch.At 68 running 6.5 miles in 1 hour, 15 mins seem effortless now with improved stamina and quick recovery. Nutrition at any age is crucial but in old age its a life saver.My appetite has improved immensely and eating and digesting 16oz steak with vegetables has stunned me. You are doing amazing work,God bless you.

I'm suffering from extreme hypertension so I have ordered the Multi grain flour from Virsa and will InnShaAllah use it regularly. Will stop using whole wheat flour and then see the results. I was thinking about buying a chakki machine, as i obviously dont trust local brands like others.
