Smoke on the water, good choice, my friend Chris owns that and cooks marvelous meals. In the summer I often stay over on my boat next to the float House, and get whatever Chris recommends for dinner.

I’m thinking about doing this for 3 days with my gf. Do you recommend doing this over a couple of extra days on the island?
The drive from Powell River to Gibsons is only 2.5 hours, so you can see it all in one day, really. I don't think I would take more than 2 days next time. So you can do a bit of both!
