It's isopropyl alcohol.

Isopropyl alcohol (or rubbing alcohol) won’t easily damage a phone or electronic devices like water would, just don’t dunk the entire thing in it.

@@sssarah.v it just makes things worse. First thing you should do after dropping phone in water is visit a repair shop. Time is crucial here, and after a day spent in a bowl of rice the chances of full recovery are much slimmer

I'm thinking how many people at my Job do not clean their Phones! I'm sure they don't though guessing how much debris is at my Job site cause my Phone's USB Port has been dirty for months and I thought it was a Hardware issue all of a sudden then I just realized the day before yesterday: "Dirt" - before my Cable would fall out of the Port or it will pop out when I was trying to be careful and not make it fall out - I would not get the click feel when I inserted my Cable into my Phone's USB Port - I DO NOW! turns out I had Pocket Lint inside the Port and not dirt - I place my Phone in my Pocket with the Port facing up.
My Headphone Jack stopped detecting my Wired Headphones for a little bit but its fully working now and my Phone'e Port is CLEAN!! I do wipe down my Phone everyday - now my USB Port is getting checked as well.
