That's why JNU has produced one of the best think tanks of the country. Growing up as a child, I too dreamt of studying in such serene library full of books on fiction and philosophy but ended up in an engg clg (NIT) whose library is dumped with limitless course books I dont know why.
There isnt even any trace of fiction and that makes me sad.
