These styles are fine, but most of them are straight styles. My hair is naturally wavy. For those who have lost or are losing hair, I started taking collagen powder about 1.5yrs ago and the difference is profound! This tasteless powder can be incorporated into smoothies (I do this), hot beverages and other ways. Give it about 3-4 weeks of daily consumption, and you will begin to notice new hair growth. The powder can be found at Walmart, walgreen sams and Costco. I’ve seen it at all these places and it is affordable. Good luck to all💕
The women in the photos look more like they are in their 30’s and then just had a lot of gray or white “highlights” put in to make them look like they might be in their 50’s. Most 50+ women have a lot more wrinkles and facial signs of the natural aging process.
Personally, I like all the hairstyle that you displayed in this video. All of the women have healthy hair because they have maintained it with good shampoos, etc.. Sometimes when women overprocessed their hair with bleaching Which causes damage to the hair follicles. Genetic factors do appear to play a major role in determining the hair texture - straight, wavy curly thickness. We have to be mindful of taking care of our hair as well as our body. Having healthy hair allows us to look our best. Another important factor is having a good hairdresser.
@@GoogleAccount-hz2co I am sorry but I took excellent care of my hair for decades. I stayed away from styling tools and unnecessary chemicals. There’s something called hormones and genetics and you can’t do anything about it. You got what you got and live with it.
Many women are dealing with health factors such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis (get a full panel thyroid tested, not just TSH, especially antibody numbers tested!), cancers, etc., which can worsen hair loss and thinning. So while good hair maintenance is important, other issues often play a role.
I've been extremely lucky when it comes to hair. I'm 60 and mine is still very thick and there's a lot of it. I disagree with you regarding what you said about women and how they maintain their hair. I've done little to no "maintenence" over the years and my hair is very healthy. I've not given it any special treatment. So it's not necessarily true that you'll be rewarded with healthy, beautiful hair if you take good care of it. Another possibility are the various autoimmune diseases that many of us suffer from. And cancer, of course. I'm well-aware that I'm extremely lucky and quite thankful.
Try collagen powder, biotin (at least 10,000mcg, keratin, and vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). I enjoyed the hair styles and ideas but I have to agree with the majority of viewers who would like to see ordinary, everyday women in all their beauty but with the obvious signs of ageing we cannot ignore; who don't have professional make up artists to help with their look, and either cannot afford or do not want cosmetic enhancements. Thank you.
I agree with all those comment relating to those models; goodness they'd look good wearing a 70s headscarf!! How about normal over 50s with thinning hair, more pudge and less perfect cheekbones who don't have stylists visiting us to style our hair? This is a mistake so many young people make with these videos...have they actually MET less than perfect over 50s??
There are some very nice hairstyles. Only thing is these are professionally styled. Not as easy for women to do at home. For myself I have long layers as short hair does not suit me.
Thanks for the feedback! We'll definitely keep that in mind and include more hairstyles with a variety of hair types and everyday looks in future videos. 😊
I wish I had the time, money and physical ability to style my hair like this each day, strike that last comment out, I mean when I go out on the odd occasion. I am one of the lucky one's to have thick hair and have just recently had a perm hoping to make things easier for me to look a bit more feminine at my age (63) but even with a perm you have to use product, which I don't like as I prefer the natural look, apart from Moroccan oil I don't use much else, have tried Mouse but I don't like the 'dirty feeling' after. I am just about to check out the fashion but I have a feeling that they are going to show lots of beautiful , supposedly 50+ women with perfect figures, so thinking twice about that one as I know I will feel more disappointed with my weight (87kg)
Thank you for pointing that out! I’ll be sure to feature more variety in hair colors and styles in future videos to reflect a broader range. Your feedback is much appreciated! 😊💇♀️
I've had naturally tight curls all my life and hated my hair except for a few years in the 80s! I never see any hairstyle possibilities with my type of hair, except long. My hair is getting thinner, and sparse on the top front. I can't stand it on my neck and wear it pulled back all the time. I probably look better with length (until my flaws show up close), but I love how I feel with shorter hair. Long hair requires more time and product for me also. And I really hate how strands of hair come off in my hands, or lay on my shoulders,or back. It's just gross. I've tried the curly girl method, but I just hate my hair. Maybe I just hate myself. idk.
Why is it women feel they need to blow dry their hair?? Why not natural, regular hair? Why must they even use heat? It’s ridiculous to go and get a cut, then go home and live your regular life, which does NOT include using heat on it on a daily or even weekly basis. How have we come this far away from natural? Is it ego? So much emphasis on the ME concept. 🤷🏼♀️🥰

If you order wigs from say a less expensive company you can send them back if your not happy with them.. You can get a color sample ring there are ways to !make it easier. Once you find your style you can go out and feel good. Go do it!!!!!
I am a week shy of 78., same with me, it is so bad, its like baby hair, freezy, unruly. I'm buying a nice wig.
gorgeous women and hairstyles
Beautiful styles
There is no way all of these are natural bio hair. Some of these shades are impossible for any colorist 3:26
I like so many of these hair styles. And hair colo is amazing I saved this video
Beautiful tips!
They almost all looked the same. Nothing wild for my 80's rocker mindset is in these options....and we all don't have grayish hair.
Would like to see hairstyles on women that are older weight. All styles look great on beautiful thin women.
Thank you for your feedback! I completely understand the importance of showcasing a variety of hairstyles for women of all shapes and sizes. I’ll definitely consider including more styles that cater to older women and those with different body types in future videos. Your input is much appreciated! 😊
Good ideas! Thank you!
Das sind richtig schöne,schmeichelhafte Haarschnitte!👍😉
Layers with thinning hair is super tricky.
Only one image of truly curly hair in that category. Was hoping for some curly hair inspiration
It’s in the hair product.
Natural curls in this video are wavy, not curly
The curls are not even natural. They used curling irons.
My hair is thin and curly and sometimes it’s straight so get a good look for me
I love the new styles especially for older ladies.. Thanks.❤
i would have loved to see some with locs, similar to mine! Just a little more different..
I'm 72 and l have medium bob And am lucky as l has think hair xx
You are blessed!
@@sharonlatour6230 thanks x
I enjoyed the hair styles and ideas but I have to agree with the majority of viewers who would like to see ordinary, everyday women in all their beauty but with the obvious signs of ageing we cannot ignore; who don't have professional make up artists to help with their look, and either cannot afford or do not want cosmetic enhancements. Thank you.
New to your channel.Great styles.Food for thought!!
Over 50! REALLY? NOT!!!
I’m with the other comments. These are not older women with thinning hair.
No one has a really curly hair....
the Botox and Lifting Generation!
I am sure they are all wearing wigs
Those women are all incredibly beautiful though!
Thanks for the great ideas and pictures; I will use these to take in with me to have my hair cut.
Beautiful
Thank you! 😊✨
Do any black women exist in this world?
There are some very nice hairstyles. Only thing is these are professionally styled. Not as easy for women to do at home. For myself I have long layers as short hair does not suit me.
Completely unattainable for about 90% of older women.
I must be lucky then. Didn't realize til now.
Use hair extensions and toppers for volume on otherwise thin flat hair.
Young slim no wrinkles and thic, hair vaery AI and photo shopped - im off bye
just show hairstyles with regular wonen, not models with beautiful hair
Show some older women if advertising styles.
I’m fat, how would you suggest for me to lose weight with a skinny hair style..?
👌
I think it's beautiful. It's to get ideas. Pick out something that works or go to different you tube
I see mostly light colored hair and not many dark hair styles. Not everyone had light gray hair!
Thank you for pointing that out! I’ll be sure to feature more variety in hair colors and styles in future videos to reflect a broader range. Your feedback is much appreciated! 😊💇♀️
Everybody is skinny-really not realistic!!
"Up doe"
All these women obviously have considerably more hair than many of us post menopause. Makes the styles irrelevant tbh
I wish I had gorgeous hair. Mine is miserable - no volume, no shape. It's been bothering me all my life)
I've had naturally tight curls all my life and hated my hair except for a few years in the 80s! Maybe I just hate myself. idk.
Agree with the ladies that realize this is not true for us. Misleading.
Interesting, while each of these older women is beautiful, they all look like they stuck their finger in a socket. Is that the key…the unkept look?
not bad
Why is it women feel they need to blow dry their hair?? Why not natural, regular hair? Why must they even use heat? It’s ridiculous to go and get a cut, then go home and live your regular life, which does NOT include using heat on it on a daily or even weekly basis. How have we come this far away from natural? Is it ego? So much emphasis on the ME concept. 🤷🏼♀️🥰
These are AI-generated models. Anyone with experience in photography or computer-generated (AI) images can confirm this. Many of the comments here are complaints the models aren't realistic. This is why. Their section on clothes also uses fake AI models. Beautiful, yes. Realistic, no.
These are obviously wigs and not representative of real hair!
These are not wigs.

Wait! All these women have thick hair!!
What about women who are still pretty but some overweight.
It’s annoying that they always use models instead of normal older ladies 50and up with no so perfect face shape and skin, thx!!??
Looks like AI generated. 😢
Why don't you use normal everyday people, and not models!!
