I had the same issue only it was one of the intake reeds that had broken off, luckily hardly any damage so got a 2nd hand head and all running great, it was slightly different on the outlet reed design but seems to actually run better than before now 😊
Just found your video, I recon u have found my issue I’ve been chasing for months… My petals are very loose and I believe there is a check on them. Would you have a video on how tight the petals should be! Cheers Paul from Australia 👍

I do not recal, it was quite a few boats back.. boats.net is a great source though🏁🏁👍👍
