This is less of a tutorial and more of a sewing challenge. I was able to make this dress in under 12 hours for $14.50 out of some thrifted curtains. Hopefully this inspires y'all to create something for yourself.

It looks FANTASTIC!! Well done. That dress would make perfect Faire garb with the addition of a set of wings. The extra trim makes it special. I totally understand about the added time for the finishing touches. I like to repurpose, refresh & transform the items I find "treasure hunting. It's amazing what you can discover.

April Lasich That’s true 😆 but we got married in February already. My friend’s grandma made my dress and it was perfect. I bought the fabric for $75 and she made it exactly how I wanted.
