My last statement on board 7 was wrong when I said if they bid 2d then they might lead a diamond - i meant to say if they bid 4s then they are more likely to lead a favourable (favorable) 10d.
Just to say there are various versions of Drury - I'm just covering this way as I believe it is the simplest and the best. But you can play one-way / two-way / Reverse and normal Drury. For those that are interested two-way Drury adds the 2D bid to show 4 card support - whereas bidding 2c would only show 3 card support.
I play o.d fashioned Drury but I can see advantage of reverse Drury. if I bid 2d/2h oppos may double for lead or even to compete
