I rarely comment on anything and any social platfrom but i must say this. I have noticed that there are so many 'self help/self care' guru's content creators and at leats 70% of them are not actually guru's and they are just yapping commen sense or their own opinion. I don't really care about their content, but it got me really selective on who i am watching. So i just wanted to say; Thank you for this video because i can tell (my opinion) that you really know what you are talking about, you really sound educated/experienced in this matter. you are not yapping about stupid shit and you are straight to the point. I rarely subscripe to anyone, but i know you are worthy of watching and learning from :)
This has made my heart swell ☺️ sometimes on the internet I feel as though the real life, tried + trusted approach is over looked because it’s nuanced and a bit boring but thank you so much for watching 🫶🏼

My med school entry exam is the day after tomorrow and some of your videos really helped me in past weeks. I‘m diagnosed with ADHD too and it‘s nice to see that this „disease“ doesn’t prevent from study medicine. But I‘m male, so my symptoms differ from yours.

Be careful when uploading docs that are confidential to the internet for any reason, especially when the purpose is to process the data somehow.
This is such a big deal so many don’t think of! Al learns from whatever you upload / type. Make sure to read confidentiality/privacy/sharing clauses before you use these platforms. Especially for anything related to work if you have clients or personal information.
I love your content because it is always interesting but I also have to say, your editing (or your editor if you outsourced that) is so incredibly good. Your whole production is amazing and I just needed to let you know! ☺

Thanks for sharing! I have a hard time outsourcing because I am a control freak but really should try to do this. I also like to think of being disciplined for habits, rather than motivation because motivation is fleeting.
