@Nelvin78 No, not often. I had no association with the camera crew you see. Actually they were gone for part of the final and wasn't recorded. Most big tournaments don't have these types of distractions. I couldn't really move or anything, I had one camera stationary, and the other camera was just in my hand as I zoomed in and out and tried to capture shots from my sitting position without moving. We're not even sure if anything was done with their footage!
When a bowling show actually shows more than half the balls going down the lane and hitting the pins, that would be a bowling show. This was like "watching radio" half the time. Otherwise, great job & thanks for posting it.

I tried bowling two handed for the first time today; I normally have an average of 208 but I managed a 177. It's insane the amount of speed and revs you can put on a ball bowling two handed.
The camera crew you see in the footage is NOT IABowling. That camera crew was paid to be there, they had about 4 cameras, and they ended up not filming the whole event, and nothing was done with their footage. I was sitting in one spot, and could not move, had one stationary camera and my other camera was on my hand. Again, I never moved, I sat in the same spot the whole time, did what I could with that.
I'll tell you this, that was one well fought match between both. I just wish the PBA tour on television was just as competitive as this. I know it is, but I just don't follow that World Series of Bowling stuff like the older days of the tour.

I dunno about bowling, but in a lot of international sports, especially the Olympics, the US invests a lot of cash in their teams, quite a bit more than the average participant.

That’s has to be nerve racking bowling with two camera men standing on the sides of the lanes, personally I hate bowling with pillars let alone 2 men standing with cameras, but that’s why they are pros
The one thing I hate about a match like this are people who cough constantly and people who bring there damn kids. All I've heard is people cough over and over and over. Annoys me to no end.
there are different oil patterns on lanes and that requires some lanes to extend or shrink in size, before the bowling match starts there are 3-5 different lanes you can pick. Jason belmonte likes the longer lanes.

Wow, 2011 and just watched this incredible match in 2023. I’m a huge fan of Mr.300 but of course Belmo is my all time favorite
