It’s amazing how well that sticker balanced the center and blended everything together without looking like a bandaid. It came out beautifully, the best in a long time. YAY YOU!
With all of these you’ve been making, you should make a type of mosaic table. Maybe even break a few of the lest favorites for the spaces between the circles. I bet it would be beautiful and a great conversation piece for guests.
Julie, in nature, not everything is centered, or symmetrical. I thought it looked great & natural, without the sticker. Keep up the great work. Love your enthusiasm. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. ❤
Oh I love the look of this new flower style! And I /love/ the color choices. The sticker too. I also love every time you add one of those particular stickers to your pieces, they're so lovely and always look good with your art because you can still see some of the stones you used underneath.
Thank you. Thank you!!! I was so happy to see that clear cup of resin and you add a color to it. I loved it. I didn't see no blob in the middle so i don't think you would need to add anything. Thank again.
Hi Julie, I watch fellow British resin artist is called toonpish craft(I think her channel is called) as such inspired by yourself as she's just recently done your big dragon mold and it came out brilliant xx
I adore you after 2 days of binging your videos I feel so much gratitude to you for trying things I’m scared to try as someone new to resin on a budget
14:23 SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! 😮😄 Julie, this one is super gorgeous!! Oh I just LOVE it, this one is added to my favorites of yours lol I can’t wait to see you make more of these!! Fan Follower, Talina, Arkansas USA 🙏🏽🥰🤗🇺🇸
Here is an idea for a mold. With the live edge mold put clock numbers and the clock centre for the clock movement thing. When you do these pours with the crushed glass you will find centre straight away.
The petals are really pretty. It’s so amazing how resin creates these wonderful patterns that are completely different from the original circular pattern. I have to admit I was whispering.. “It’s not in the middle.”😆 It’s funny; when I do that.. quite often it’s like you’ve heard me.😂 I definitely have symmetry issues. My family knows this about me and they’re so sweet about it, they’ll just keep working with me until we get whatever it is straight, level or centered. It can be a real drawback tho, especially when designing organic pieces. The inner struggle is real!🤣 Great experiment Julie, it’s beautiful.
W.o.W! This is stunning! For other flowers that have centers off-center, one can always add black fine lines to connect the gold to the center. Bring the lines from the center to the edge of the "pollen" and that shadow will create a 3-D illusion of the pollen rising up off the flower. But good job as always!
Oh, my goodness, I *LOVE* the effects of this pour, Julie! The gold shimmer turned almost a coppery-pink! I think it's gorgeous! 😊💕 I do like that gold glass in the center. (sorry I'm so behind in watching. Had a nasty fall on concrete and nearly broke my kneecap. 😵 Been too miserable to do anything)
❤❤❤ Gorgeous! I’ve got to try doing this one. In a case like this when the center isn’t in the center, the “center” could be oriented toward the bottom like you are seeing the flower from above slightly, and then put a bee or butterfly sticker above it like it’s sitting in the flower. I don’t think it always has to be in the center.
Very pretty! I actually preferred no sticker (the off center gold glitter looks more organic) IMO You’re so talented and I appreciate you sharing your talents… ❤❤❤
It didn't go off-center until the drying time. When you said you put it in something to cure it. I think whatever it dried on was slightly uneven. But when you look at flowers in nature, there's always going to be one's at different stages. And that just looks like an angle. It's perfect.
Wow Julie this is one of the prettiest flowers I have seen you do. The way the black flowed thru the gold came out so awesome. Looking forward to seeing more. ❤️🙏🏼🌻from Oklahoma.
Love this! The sticker has saved it!😊perhaps a top coat will disguise the edge. 😊I had a look today for them but they had sold out of the mixed colours. Thanks Julie for another great look! 👍☺️🇬🇧
Pretty! I thought about the dot in the middle idea but realized unless it is clear you won't be able to see it. You could make a raised (just enough to not touch the mold) cutout with a hole in the middle out of card stock or something else
Hey Julie! The flower size and petals turned out lovely. I was looking forward to pink but who doesn't love purple. The sticker did a great job fixing the center. All the foils are so beautiful, the sun and moon designs are just stunning. It would be awesome to see a project with one of the bigger ones. ; ) You nailed this experiment! Big ((Hugs)) from Texas!
That’s a beauty! Love those colors together. What happened to the white spiral? Was that even necessary? It just disappeared. The gold sparkles are very pretty Julie but let’s face it, the stickers are an instant fix. 😉
Love it. Colors turned out great. I sooo get the off center thing bugging you, it looked great imo but when it bugs ya it bugs ya and you have to fix it if possible.
I love to watch your videos (almost every day!) and I'm always wondering 🤔 how do you use these beautiful items that you make? Hang them on wall... etc
You do awesome art.your such a perfectionist I find no fault in your work.but maybe if you redo a mold add smallest circle lip in the center of your mold so stones or glitter has its place. And not be off center 🤷🏼♀️and not bother you,but I admire your art as is. Thanks for giving such treasure to view. We can tune in each day always something beautiful to see.❤ you encourage so many❤
Have you ever tried creating the centers ahead of time? Mix them in some resin, make them look how you want and then when it cure, you can be sure it's in the center
It’s amazing how well that sticker balanced the center and blended everything together without looking like a bandaid. It came out beautifully, the best in a long time. YAY YOU!
The thing I love about your new technique is that the results are a lot more consistent and fantastic.
Beautiful! Flowers aren’t symmetrical in nature, it’s beautiful just as it is.
Gorgeous. I am a sucker for gold. As an actor whose name I can't remember once said "Gold goes with everything".
That sounds like Elizabeth Taylor to me...
~~~^..^
With all of these you’ve been making, you should make a type of mosaic table. Maybe even break a few of the lest favorites for the spaces between the circles. I bet it would be beautiful and a great conversation piece for guests.
This was gorgeous. The off center gave it a 3D effect like a picture of a flower was taken from a front facing angel rather than a top down.
Julie, in nature, not everything is centered, or symmetrical. I thought it looked great & natural, without the sticker.
Keep up the great work. Love your enthusiasm. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. ❤
It’s beautiful. My jaw dropped when you turned it over. The back was cool as well.
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS 😮😮😮😮😮❤❤❤❤❤❤
Fantasy Flower-love the name and how it turned out❣️✨💖✨
This one came out really well! The color combination created the perfect petal formation.
Wow!!! I love the 2 rows of "petals"!!! Don't worry about the center being...off center. No kne is perfect!!!
Oh this one is Beautiful. I love the colors. I love watching you make all of these flowers. Have a blessed day 🥰🥰🥰
Oooo, such pretty colors! I love how this flower turned out. This mold is perfect for your flowers. It gives them a frilly, ruffled look. 😍
Hello. Glad you posted today. I've been waiting for you! So excited to see your creation!
Absolutely love,love,love it Julie. Please,please do this again, it’s gorgeous. Prefer the sticker centre ❤
These colors are beautiful together!
Absolutely Gorgeous Julie The way it looks now it looks like a natural flower ❤
I like the center slightly off center. More realistic. Beautiful.
I love the petals in this one!!
Oh I love the look of this new flower style! And I /love/ the color choices. The sticker too. I also love every time you add one of those particular stickers to your pieces, they're so lovely and always look good with your art because you can still see some of the stones you used underneath.
LOVE IT. A little bit different from the usual. Glad that you used black not white. Thank you
Really pretty petals on this. ❤ the colors. The sticker sets it off perfect. 🥰
Pretty pretty pretty ❤
That was a great experiment! What an Amazing pour with an Awesome outcome!!!❤❤❤
Hi Julie 😊 love the colour combination, this turned out ao beautiful 😍
Thankyou so much
I love your natural nails❤
This is one of my favorites so far!! It would make a really pretty sunflower. Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you. Thank you!!! I was so happy to see that clear cup of resin and you add a color to it. I loved it. I didn't see no blob in the middle so i don't think you would need to add anything. Thank again.
New Flower, you Rock!!!
that was a surprise! I didn't expect orange. It's still beautiful!
I love this! If you flip it so the gold center is closer to the "bottom" it looks like you took a close up of a flower. I like it.
Love it! I like it with more gold stones
The center was the only real issue. As a bloom, it’s beautiful bloom. 😊❤
On my phone it looks like plum & peach. Love the color combination.
Love it, can't wait to try this. Got the dragon flower. Just poured😊 fairy flower, fingers crossed it worked this time.
Wow oh my word that is gorgeous
Beautiful!!! As usual girl!! 🌺🌺
Julie this is gorgeous! It reminds me of a firework! Stunning!!
Hi Julie, lovely resin as usual, but can you show how to do a top coat please with the crushed glass or stones? Thank you 😊
Love the petals that the black created. I was genuinely surprised at how it turned out hope you'll try this technique again!
This is my favorite!!
That’s a very beautiful experiment, gorgeous x❤
I love this so much! It looks like a chrysanthemum. Perfect for Fall here in the US!
Very pretty! I actually preferred no sticker (the off center gold glitter looks more organic) IMO
You’re so talented and I appreciate you sharing your talents… ❤❤❤
I ordered my Bloom today!!! 🙂
So pretty. Thank you. 😊😊
Such an amazing and original piece ❤❤❤
Congratulations 👏🏻
Très joli, je vais recevoir le moule pour faire cette fleur, j'ai hâte de l'essayer. Je suis du Québec au Canada. Merci pour tous ces beaux vidéo.
That's incredible!!!!
So beautiful. I love the decal more than the stones in the middle because it is hard to get them in the center.
I would have left it the way it was, love your art…
Love the colours.
Great colors!💜💛
Very pretty colours ❤
This is gorgeous, absolutely love how it turned out!
Just love this one!
That is fascinating.
That turned out so pretty! Nice job 🎉
I love to watch your videos (almost every day!) and I'm always wondering 🤔 how do you use these beautiful items that you make? Hang them on wall... etc
I'm certain you put the stones in the center. It's possible the stones moved when you put it in your curing machine?
This piece has a unique look! ❤
Beautiful!!
Not my favorite colors but the effect is very pretty. Great experiment! 😁👍
