I had to laugh at the beginning when you said the sticker wasn't a sticker. I said to the screen "I bet you 100 bucks it's a sticker." Then you found out it was a sticker and it made me laugh again! Bless you and your sticker journey (I am thinking of the foil stickers too). Love the colour of the turtle and her little eyes!! So sweet!

I can explain a little about why the mica powder wasn't playing nice.
Powders like 'chameleon', and metallics that aren't specifically tagged as "interference" tend to darken things, or make the end result look like you just added a bit of fine dirt. Not sure on the precise reasons, but interference powders are usually very white looking, even with their iridescent shimmer, and are about the only things you can use to make something that's meant to be very light, or translucent with a hint of color have a sparkle that's not too saturated with dark speckles.
It's part of why you never see things like really bold/vibrant color shifting top coats on white/very light painted cars while other darker cars can be as shiny-shifty as a scarab beetle, and why you've noticed using black dyed resin for helping the colors of both interference, and non-interference materials to really pop out works as well as it does. Black dyed resin doesn't allow light to pass through in a way that casts a shadow, though for color-shifting properties there's only so fine a particle you can go before it doesn't work anymore, and is just a shiny speck.
In a way, you've brushed upon the cutting edge questions artists of any walk have been asking recently about these pigments, and powders everyone's into lately. It's probably the most experimental thing going on right now. 😄

Love the little eyelashes. ❤ I discovered that if I mark the backs of my eyeballs with a silver pen it helps to line up the direction they are facing so they don't turn into crazy eyes 😂

Maybe uv resin and uv torch to get that sticker stuck first And I would love to have seen you take your favorite gold pen and highlight the turtle seams in the shell before adding any resin. Just a though and no I don't resin just like to resin vicariously through you. Lol

How sweet! What about the interference glitter instead of the chameleon powder? The chameleon gave a grey cast and your interference was white. Just a thought!

Love those eyes! I have a French Bulldog mold and I think I got lucky and the eyes stuck to the mold with UV resin the first time. Ive tried twice with the dragon head mold and both times the eyes fell off. I just tried another Frenchie and one eye was fine and one eye is way off in never neverland! Someone recommended using clear nail polish to stick the eyes in so im trying that next!
If you mark the back of the eyes to show which way you want them, it might be easier 🙂

I've noticed in your videos that pink & purple alcohol inks always get more bright after the resin sets
For things like the eyeballs try some tweezers.
I have fine and chunky chameleon glitter and I love working with it. Would it have made any difference if you had put a thin layer of black on the bottom?
Maybe even mica powder in the legs too!😂

Have you ever considered making and selling an x-large bowl molds and if so what would it cost. Such as 12x12x4 to 6 inches deep.
Would baby pink interference work instead of chameleon to add a bit of sparkle? Or does that need to be against an opaque color to work?
I would have turned the mold inside out to put the eyes in easier.
Are those flowers washi tape cut outs? Do you use washi tape, I can't remember ever seeing you make things with them?
