Is it ok to screw it on just a little bit tight so that propellers can't feel loose but tight

You want the screws pretty tight because they're going to be subjected to a lot of rotational force in the air. Don't strip the screws or anything like that, but you want them firmly in place.

Yeah. Not the permanent kind, the blue kind. But only if your screws don’t already have locking thread compound on them. You don’t want them untwisting during flight.
