How to Line / Measure a Soccer Field

This video helps explain how to mark a soccer field. The presentation can be downloaded using the URL's in the video. In addition, there is an Excel spreadsheet that can be used to input your field size and goal size that will calculate where to put the stakes on the field.

60 x 60 is 3,600 making your total ~306 ??? The way I see it.

is a soccer field more than a 100m is it more than 120m or 150m

If you go ahead and do the math the night before, you can measure the entire field with two 300 foot tapes and only move each of them twice.

I've been thinking about doing this as a video but I don't have technical knowledge to do it.
Okay, goal Lines running north and south, touch lines running east and west.
1. Anchor tape at northeast corner and establish north touchline and halfway point of north touchline.
2. Anchor Second tape at Center of north touch line.
3. Square North touch line and East goal line, then square the center line.
4. Use calculations to find the corners of the goal and penalty boxes as the hypotenuses of right triangles whose bases are on the north touch line.
5. Move the tape anchored in the north east corner to an anchor in the north west corner.
6. Repeat the process in reverse.
7. Join the southeast and southwest corners.
Sting it up and Mark it.

I believe the field is 300 ft by 180 ft not 300 ft by 60 ft. OR it could be 100 yards by 60 yards.
