The British didn't immediately grok that the explosive was in the toner cartridge? They had to be told? I don't think so. Clark points out in his talk that the Brits are experts in this field. I doubt any of Clark's talk is accurate. That's his game at bottom, to be devious, but his facts serve his points so all's fair . . . .

Richard Clarke is a genius. But I feel that Dick Cheney outsmarted him and did 9/11 his way. AQ could not have done those acts - controlled demolitions and missile attacks.
