@Lrongjjkk it just simply mean the prl hvi sucks alot of air for max performance. No experience with the china made xpower but from Google pictures we see they are just made metal piping n metal half box means it's IAT temp will be high n high IAT means lower power. Also metal material will cost lots of heat soak. If you have one in your car, bring it over n I can see better and I can tell you the potential weakness of it. Thanks
