    The ingredients needed to marinate the satays are:
    1 1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 onion
    1/2 tsp of salt
    3-4 cloves of garlic
    1/2 tsp of black pepper
    2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
    5 gr of shrimp paste
    1 tsp of dark soy sauce
    2 veggie cubes
    2 tbsp of ketumbar
    2 lbs of steak to get about 20 satays
    We start by cutting the beef in small cubes so we can put them on the skewer.
    Mesh all the ingredients together
    Once we have meshed and put everything together. Make sure we mix everything so it becomes a homogeneous mix.
    Now let's add it now to the meat and mix it up.
    After it is mixed, we close it up and put it in a fridge so it can marinate for one or two hours.
    We place the bamboo skewers in water for a hour so that it soaks up water and it doesn't burn during the roasting process.
    We can now put the meat on the skewers, three or four pieces per skewer.
    We have now prepared our skewers. We put them in plastic bags and in the fridge. Now we have our satay ready, so we can roast them when we like
    Today we will roast our satay
    We will also add some bread and veggies on the grill
    so we can have a complete meal with our satays
    The charcoal is ready, and we can now
    put our satays on the grill. Turn them over, when one side is done, so that the other side also can get roasted
    Once the satay is about ready, start putting the bread and the veggies, so that everything finishes at the same time.
    Once the bread is done, remove it.
    In the meantime, we have also added the corn, flip it over, when needed, so that it doesn't burn too much at one end.
    We are ready to eat.
    We have put a plate together, and we will be putting some peanut sauce over the satays.
