    Before 3 years i planned tata harrier bt dropped decision and purchased kia seltos. After 40k km, not even single problem. Tata should work on its electronics parts

    I am also owning a harrier black edition XZA plus. So far it is working fine. However there have been a few incidents of infotainment system malfunction. I think Tata motors need to learn something from their jaguar venture and improve otherwise they should just manufacture trucks and leave the SUV & sedan market.

      Harrier apne aap main jabardast gadee hai. Pahlee baar main aisee video dekhee hai yaa individual milaa hai jisne harrier kee burayee kee hai. Khair, har kisee ke liye har cheez nahee banee hotee hai. Aur kissee kaa luck hee kharab hotaa hai kee gadee hee bhoj ban jaatee hai.

    Everytime i think of this is the right time to change my 10 year old ecosport to any brand selling in india , i got puzzled with Build quality, Engine quality, Safety , Fit and Finnish, Driving comfort. Than convince my self, No lets wait for Next year , things going through my mind from last 4 years 😂😂
    and My Ecosport not getting Old enough after 10 years , that even a 2022 Car can't beat it either way .

    I have purchased a tata harrier in 2021 and driven 20k in laddakh and Kashmir and Jammu but I didn't get any single issue till June 2024 and must say I m very happy with this machine Mashallah

    AC blower apneaap start ho jaata thaa...
    Gear box se oil leakage
    Silver box started makeing noice now jab bhi gaadi ON karte hai
    Twist bean broken
    Engin mounting ka ek nut tut gaya hai...
    Etc etc.....
    Pblm gaadi ke issue se nahi hai....pblm yeh hai service centre mai thik karane ke baad bhi dikat kuch saal mai dobaara aa jaati hai

    Meri gadi mein bhut dikkat hain maine 2019 mein li thi or aaj har 2-3 mahine me bade bade parts badal vane padhte hain, Bina warranty keh , bhut Paisa lag rha gadi me or mera toh voice cracking ka issue aaj tk sahi nahi hua , rain sensor bhut late kaam karta , jagah jagah se bajti hai , first day jis din purchase ki thi uske next day hi service center m le Jani padi tab se aaj tk gadi service center m hu jada rehti hai

    Build quality aur desh bhakti ke naam par log Tata purchase karte hain par quality ke standards par yeah Maruti, Hyundai, Kia k saamne kuch bhi nahi hai. After sales service bhi worst hai. Cars bik rahi hai toh Tata bhi care nahi kar rahi. Panel gaps, fit and finish issue toh Tata cars k khoon mae hai. Lohachhap cars hoti hain Tata ki

    Most of the harrier are working fine but recurring issue in some means it's not a software issue. Most probably it's related to shorting in PCB or not proper ground

      It also depends on your driving pattern. We don't think while driving, but see, there are some decent drivers, who are satisfied for the long term with their very rare super dooper flop models also.

    I purchased a Tata Harrier Adventure + Dark edition, and within 15 days, the clutch plate burned out after only 1200 kilometers. When I towed my vehicle to the service center, they blamed it on driver error, claiming that it was my fault. I was only in traffic for 2-3 minutes and used the half clutch, as is common in such situations.
    The service center informed me that I would need to pay a significant amount for a clutch kit replacement. I am extremely disappointed with my Tata Harrier purchase. We choose Tata Motors because it is an Indian company and support the "Vocal for Local" initiative, but spending 26 lakh rupees and encountering such issues is unacceptable.

    Maruti needs to bring 5 star rated cars, people wont buy Tata. The problem with Tata is that they have never paid enough attention to the non commercial cars. We scold Maruti and Hyundai for poor cars but we ignore their effort of making a reliable product as per their promise. They dont promise safe cars but they promise peace of mind which they absolutely deliver. I am saying this after i have run all three brands. I had Hyundai Eon from 2014 to 2017 and then Maruti Baleno 2017 to 2022 and now running Nexon Diesel AMT. And Nexon AMT drive quality sucks. After more than a year i still don't feel confident of driving this car at first gear at low speed because of AMT and crawl function.

    TATA Motor please improve your after sale services. I was purchased suzuki alto 800 as my first car, customer service is superb 👌 no complaints at all but now I just bought nexon and from the very first service I am not happy at all. (Ananya Tata motor patna) they made a huge scarch on the front left side of the car and blamed us that it was there before the service. Not only us most of the TATA car owners have service problem.

    The good thing is that Tata service center guys are atleast hearing their customers and doing their best to resolve the issues whatsoever. On the other hand, what the brands like Mahindra and Hyundai are doing is just horrible!
    I am also an owner of Tata Nexon 2020 model and it's just awesome. In my case, service technicians sometime tried to be oversmart but the management took it promptly. I know technicians at all these jobs are very poorly paid and so I didn't make it a issue.

    Another Perspective- every 2-3 out of 100 car have some defect which are for which service centre are there . Every car company has pros and cons no one is as good or bad sas it seems . It is about experience . One should know the pros and cons and choose accordingly

    I bought XZ+ top end safari in may 21 but sorry to say within 5 month sunroof system broke down, and iron clips with rod everything comes out. Before that only 4, 5 times sunroof open only, we complain about this with three dealer in UP and Uttarakhand but no one ready to listen just one answer let engineer come from pune he will look after that and solve our problem. After 3 months tata change whole set of sunroof. But again too much noise when we open or shut the glass. 24 lakhs car and this type of service not acceptable. So sold out my Safari. So sad experience.

    Every brand of automakers happens like this it's nt only tata but I appreciate CX patience plz get solution as per ur requirement other wise put in consumer court to replace new vehicle it's nt a joke paying 22 lks tolerate all this bro ....let's make clear statement to all car makers all brand making some call out return for changes ..that too big changes in suspension etc I dnt kn wt kind of engineering all brand's Research team doing ..I see only advertising in the name of testing 😂 in Ladakh

    @Tata should really take this video and work on it. I was making a decision to buy a Tata Car trusting the build quality but after looking at this video and others on TH-cam I am having second thoughts. After sale service reviews have been so bad for Tata and now these kinda issues. Its pathetic.
    Please get serious Tata if you want us consumers to trust on Tata apart from build quality.

    Why to invest so much money, if you can't afford. Luxury comes with price. i.e. maintenance, Insurance , Patrol and depreciation. Invest wisely.
    BTW.. overall the TATA cars are good.

    Maine bhi tata nexon xm 2nd base model liya aur usme sales walone crosslink wheels ka infotainment system dal diya jo ki 3 monhs me 2 bar entire system badli kiya 2 bar canbus badli kiya last me maine dono systems apne custody me liya engineer ko bola jao aap aur bady fight karke 28000 vapas liye aur same price ka blaupunkt lauderdale fit kiya ab khush hu basically tata ke infotainment android pe overlays rahte hai isiliye dikkate aati hai aur tata kamse kam sunke lete hai baki toh khada bhi nahi karte aap kaise fight dete ho ispe depend karta hai

    Tata की Harrier और Safari तभी तो इतनी नहीं बिकती हैं क्योंकि Tata की इतनी महंगी गाडियां लेने में बहुत ज्यादा Risk है Customer Service तो Mahindra or TATA दोनों की ही घटिया है और कभी नहीं सुधर सकता है।
    Ratan Tata के बाद शायद हो जाए। अगर नहीं हुई तो Tata Motors बिक जाएगी या बंद हो जाएगी।

    Tata learns technology at the cost of unsuspecting customers. They did this when they first entered into car business more than decade ago. Suzuki , Hyundai and Kia bring in bullet proof vehicles into market and problems if any with these vehicles are exception.

    I had the worst service experience with my Tata Harrier. The center just patched rust, which caused the rust to come back. After warranty the rust came back and they replaced panel, had to pay 25% of the cost.
    Reverse camera randomly flickered. I reported 10 times, they said they replaced the cam in 2023, but problem didnot get solved. the GM said they didnot replace. It took tata 3 years to replace my cam, until which they always used to update software. Luckily i have extended warranty. These idiots just keep delaying until your car goes out of warranty!

      Car is rusting a lot.
      Service center says the quality of water might be the issue. In that case my other car (wagonR) should also rust, which it did not.
      They just never admit manufacturing defects.

      The file where I maintain job sheets has become so thick in these 3 years. So many visits to center, couple of visits where I had to keep my car for a month there. I asked them politely to pay my EMI and insurance cost for that month 😂

      Tata doesnt have the skills required to precisely debug such kind of issues. They simply apply software patch (even if it recurs) and finally replace some random part, until your car goes out of (extended) warranty, and you have pay from your pocket.

    Thodi nahi full unreliable hain.. Maine to you 2003 mein hi Tata ko Tata bol diya tha.. Bahut dukh hota hain ki aaj bhi customer minimum 5 se 20 baar service center ja raha hain.. Sirf chassis achcha hain Baaki Gaadi bakwas hain.

    Please check your wires for any Rat infestation, as it has been observed in many Tata cars that Rats Chee up the earthing wire due to which the electricals get messed up.

    Jaise jaise gadee main electronic dependency badegee waise waise problem bhee aayegee if u do not get urself update. Lets take eg of mobile, kai baar mobile ke kuch apps update nahee kartee aur app chalnaa band kar deta hain, aur aise main hum ya to network ko ya phir mobile ko dosh dene lagte hain. Par update karte hee everything gets normal. Tab mobile aur network ko kosne ke liye guilty bhee feel nahee karte.

    पेंट क्वालिटी भी टाटा की अच्छी नहीं है । सर्विस सेंटर में पार्ट्स तक बदल दिए है मेरी टाटा टियागो में । बॉडी शॉप बहुत ही बेकार है । आधे अधूरे मन से काम करते हैं ।

    Tata service is undoubtedly very bad. Service technicians have very little or no knowledge. Their first attempt to solve an issue is replacing a part. This might be sometimes ok with a customer but replacing a part may not be the solution to a problem. This low level of knowledge is only going to cost Tata as a company as more parts will be replaced and also there will customers like in this video who still face the same issue again and again. It is high time Tata works on this. Possible they should do something like NEXA with better technicians and sales people which changes the perception of the brand the way it did for Maruti. To add, I own a Nexon.ev and bought just a month back. I have closely seen what they do. Would love to share my experience in case anyone wants to know more.
