I thought you would be the best person to guide whether to go for it or not. Also how is the service as I am from faridabad and wanted to have a safe and reliable car. I am also in a big confusion whether to go for harrier or not. Service center experience totally depends on center to center. I have been owning Nexon ev from 2 year. My experience has been quite good. Once my car battery got dead and got estranged on highway during COVID time. I called the customer care they arranged tow truck and took me to kurnool service center and one staff was available in night time 10 to put my car on charging. They also reimbursed my hotel stay. It was really a very nice experience from them. I have done 3 servicing as of now no issues. I go to tejasvi automobiles in Hyderabad for servicing.
He is comparing creta, kia with harrier 😂 , bhai creta is not an off road car it is a compact SUV made for city drive .
Even Harrier is not a offroader. It's nothing more than a crossover.

Harrier is Harrier... looks, ruggedness and road presence with comfortable and smooth ride. Un matched at this price range. XUV 700, compass Hector are nowhere near on the above aspects.

Harrier need some important changes in upcoming variants.
Infotainment improvement and ventilated seats, head lights must be LED, 360 degree camera with decent picture quality….
