    Symptoms since I was fifty, diagnosed when sixty-one, I do indoor cycling almost every day (45min), and find it's very helpful; I watch indoor cycling videos here on TH-cam to improve the experience.

    Something that helped my wife was, she would get a song in her mind and walk to the rhythm or beat of it. This helped with her gait.

    I do the counting one. I can count to ten in four languages.

    The lack of sound & excessively low sound track is so distracting that the positive instructive content is overshadowed.
    Narration or adding caption option is needed.
    This could be extremely useful to care workers, like me, in helping clients with these issues.

    If the brain cells are supposed to be dying how is such movement possible - surely this is a lack of control over intentional movement rather than a lack of dopamine production and the death of cells - because the ability to move is still there - but not the control of intention. That appears to be achievable, but not by the initial intended action?
