The ATF does NOT have authority to ban ammo or less lethal ammo. Keep selling the ammo and take the ATF to court.

Cowards only get the tyranny that cowards deserve, because cowards only get the tyranny that cowards allow (and therefore create for themselves). To obey an unjust "law" is to enforce an unjust "law" is to Create an unjust "law" is to deserve an unjust "law". If we want to stop receiving tyranny, all we have to do is stop deserving it. It is not just our Right to disobey unjust "laws", but it is our Duty to do so.

Non lethal ammunition is a softer target for the ATF since most people don't use it. Espionage tacticians seek laws most people don't care about, so later they can incrementally create laws that destroy a culture or rights.

Would save a lot of lives because too many don't know about gun safety because they never learned.
In 2021 the number of people that died thanks to a negligent discharge was 549.

As a civilian, I found it nearly impossible to order rounds or parts from UTM at all. And that's long before the ATF ever did this. I think UTM has always been firmly in the pockets of Big Gov/Big Military. Pretty much the only way to access sims as a civilian was to take a course from someone offering 2 way range training.

The U.S. govt is likely their single largest customer, and they already are in compliance with stricter laws of course countries whom are their customers. The simple fact is that we can't expect a private market company who's primary driving goal is profit to be willing to take a step that could utterly destroy the company.

I've always said that too, people laugh at me but if you get a good airsoft gun that's gas blow back or CO2 powered and only use low cap mags that are the same capacity as the real deal then they're pretty damn realistic from a training perspective, especially since you can actually shoot them at each other safely. As long as its an actual airsoft gun and not a BB or pellet gun of course, i remember my dad and uncles saying they used to only pump up their BB guns once or twice (instead of like 6 or 8 for full power) and shoot at each other with them, they said if you weren't wearing a thick jacket or something and it hit bare skin they would sometimes break the skin a little bit and hurt like hell. 😂

@@YourLocalLeadFarmer it's been a while since I've played any Airsoft, I use to play it a lot in middle and high school with my buddies on my and another buddies farms, and yeah, if you have a good quality gun that has a decently high FPS (300-350 FPS or higher, but not so high its dangerous of course) and you aren't wearing a Carhart or similar style jacket & pants it hurts like hell at close range and definitely still stings a little at a bit of range. 😂
Edit: But yeah, they're definitely good tools (especially Green Gas and Co2 blowback ones) for training in a way that you can safely shoot at one another if you take the proper precautions like a face shield or at least a pair of goggles (i always thought just glasses was still rather dangerous IMO at least, since they have open spots in certain spots depending on the specific glasses).

My ATF Complaint: Recreational marijuana was legalized in Minnesota. Immediately after legalization, the local ATF issued a statements saying that anyone who uses marijuana can't buy or possess a gun or ammunition. They are stuck in the 1930s Reefer Madness Era. But if you are a chronic alcoholic or binge drinker, you can buy/possess as many guns as you want.

That's another thing in the 1968 law that is very explicit. The feds don't really have any wiggle room on that until weed is legalized federally or the GCA is amended or that portion struck down (as it has been in one circuit I believe).

They know the value of training. Stress training and realistic scenario training is paramount to civilians. The fact of the matter is, that the govt is trying to limit our ability to be as prepared as they aim to be, specifically in stress management during defensive action. Its like us training for a bixing match against them, and them making it illegal for us to use a boxing gym, of buy a punching bag.
Never, Ever, ever, should the govt be allowed to one-up We the People when it comes to violence. The 2A was designed to have the US govt either at equal capability or lesser. They shouldnt be able to have the advantage against us. It's not how the Constitution works.

Back before I retired from Law Enforcement we had a training day using simunitions when I was dealing with a hand injury. While I couldn't fire my hand gun I was used as a hostage and I remember being peppered by some of my overzealous comrades; and yes they do sting a bit 😊. What is missing from every write up on simunitions is the rational for the ban, which is necessary if you want to understand what the ATF is doing. While the reasoning is simply overreach, simunitions is a form of ammunition manufactured outside the US, which the ATF has decided needs to be curtailed. As the Oliver Anthony songs says, "These rich men north of Richmond, Lord knows they all just wanna have total control all want total control".
