Credit to them. To the sour grape claiming they had help, so what if they did? Convincing your parents to help with the downpayment would have taken a lot of convincing and without a proper proposal, it wouldn't have work anyway. Work hard and stay humble. If you are starting further back from the same line as the others, think about how to close the gap instead of whining.

Most uni students don’t have access to that much capital for the down payment of a 2m property. They are selling you a dream that only rich kids can achieve.
