i have a cisco phone and i realized whenever i'd take someone off of hold, they'd tell me there was some music playing. so i was wondering if i would need on of these devices to play some horrendous music so they would disconnect faster if i purposely leave them on hold and walk away.
You should hire people who know english, not cheap labour. I've been in the translation business for a long time (since 1998) and your Webex source materials are just bad. But it's not just about knowing english well. Right now I'm doing a translation about DECT devices. Looks like it was written by a native speaker but, oh boy, it's so overly complicated, the language you use. It's like Cisco culture. I created a file with queries. A couple of sentences are unclear. This is typical for Cisco. I noticed it when I got my first Cisco translation, about 20 years ago, nothing has changed.
Literally pulled up to a new job today and they're like "welcome, you're going to be managing our CUCM" so now I gotta learn wtf it is xD ty
