So quick question does smart flex license work on 11x i would guess it would be via plm, or it has to be 12x, in other words can you have term based licenses in 11 or perpetual licenses are the only option

I'm guessing that helps them better understand the environment overall. You can run the PLM standalone or as a service on the CUCM Publisher.

Good question. 12.x was that start of Smart licensing. Anything older will be using PLM.
